Yep,called me,my children and wife. Get mad if you don't call them right back. Said I owed on a check writing place. Supposedly had checking account number and where I worked from back in 2013. Funny, I didn't have a checking account back then and where I work at now was closed back then and didn't open till 2014. Id like to get my hands on all of them and just beat the absolute hell out of them. Havent called back since I called one dude a motherfu---- Friday. maybe theyre done. I hope.

    ITS A SCAM!!
I've been contacted by people like these several times over the past few weeks. The first set of scammers called saying that they were from "RGM Resolution Group" (866) 502-1938 and (814) 626-8794, claiming that I had credit card debt since 2009 that needed to be paid off. At first I was pretty alarmed. While on the phone I checked for a website - which there was, but not much of one, and I did a Google search for their physical address. The woman proceeded to confirm my current address, but referred back to my maiden name. She said that they'd mailed me several letters over the past 6 months trying to collect the debt - I never received anything. She told me that it was a HSBC card (never had one), the last four digits, the date it was opened, and the balance owed. She proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay it off immediately - balance in full, otherwise I would be served with legal paperwork to attend court. It was all very odd since I had no recollection of the card, no record of any collection paperwork - PLUS I checked my credit monitoring account, and nothing. So I hung up, and just to be sure I called HSBC. Low and behold, I don't exist in their system or have I ever. So I disregarded the issue, but made sure that my credit monitoring subscription was up-to-date.
This morning I did get an alert from the credit monitoring  to notify me that my email address was on the dark web -  so obviously some of my information was breached. Then this afternoon, maybe by coincidence, I get a call from this "In-House Solutions" from a PA (570) 867-9965 number asking me to contact them immediately regarding an issue, and left a number of (888) 982-2082. So I called both numbers which led me to the same person. They picked up and immediately said my name - maiden name, but wanted me to confirm my information. I did a search on the web while I was on the phone again - and its an obvious scam. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION. She couldn't even tell me what their website address was, and proceeded to get all irritated with me saying that she had other calls to attend to.
These people are scumbags and have nothing else better to do except scamming people out of money. Get a good credit monitoring subscription and don't buy into their cons. Financial institutions that have held your accounts have your personal information and know how to get in contact with you - they typically send letters. Plus if you do have an item in collections it will show up on your credit report.

I received a call stating it was In House Solutions, stating that my husband Alonzo Booker owed $1600 dollars for a pay day loan, from 2013.  We don't have any pay day loans out, as well as when I asked for information regarding who the loan company was the man refused to tell me, that we have been notified etc. when we stated that we did not have a pay day loan he hung up on us.

Let start off by saying these people keep calling my cell phone and my mothers home phone number. I have told her it is a scam. I called after the initial call because while my credit is not stellar I only have one old charge off ready to drop off my credit report and believe my I have checked nearly weekly but I keep getting calls. Initially it was a different case number and I called and was floored by what the fast talking rep gave me for 2 unpaid accounts. I told her that since they seemed to know so much to send me written proof of what and who I owed and then I would respond. Then I hung up. Figured if you are going to serve me at work or home you know where that is. Not my fault she had a PO Box that I closed several years ago. They called back today with final notice and a new claim # but same 617-932-0259 number. Called back and got William Scott of Inhouse Solutions. Told him I knew of no debts and that DEstaute of limitations was 6 years. He said they were not debt collectors but 3rd party litigation and I told him I had already called them that they need to send me written proof of unpaid debt before I would discuss further. He said I would be served and seen in my county court. I hung up. If I owe it prove it and show me in writing the debt. I am not perfect but I am scared and embarrassed which is what they want. Glad everyone else feels it is a scam. They did shake me up

I've had this exact experience also! Harassing myself and my family for weeks now over a supposed Capital One account that was written off supposedly. Problem is that I now have a Capital One card (for the first time) and all payments are current!
      They are serious bullies!!!

They are now using a number of 402-382-7932 and when I called and gave the reference number and asked what this was about-the lady got ugly and I hung up.  I have blocked them on my cell phone but they are calling my work number now.  I told her it was against the law to call my place of employment.  I guess they can just serve the papers.  It sounds like they have a lot of phone numbers they use.  This is also the first time in 3 weeks that someone has picked up the phone at this number.

Rest assured, In-House Solutions is a total scam. I told them I have been very aware of my credit report for many years, which shows nothing of what hey spoke of, and their response was, "Oh, it wouldn't be on your credit report because it was written off". As this couldn't be further from reality, that comment alone let me know this was a total scam.

I just called them back and asked them for their Business Address. I was told they don't give out that information. This is a huge red flag as any business looking to get paid would share this information. When I said that I felt this was a scam I was told, "Sir, as you think this is a scam I can longer speak with you. Good luck in court." Yeah, that sounds like someone I owe money to. Dummies. My story with In House is pretty much the same as all the others.
I got a call last week and they left the message about being faxed a complaint,,, yada yada.. then for me to call back at an 888 phne number,

The number they were calling me from was my area code and caller ID says New lorence PA. I have never heard of a New Florence PA but when I called them back the girl was quite willing to give me her name.

Claimed I owed this debt of 1900 that I had notified the company that I refused to pay, It was a debt dating back to 2008... I kept insisting they had the wrong person and they were insistent they didn't.
They went on to say it was Jan 2015 that I told the company I refused to pay and I said that would not matter cause SOL in PA is 4 years... and that brought another argument of insisting it ws 6.

They never mentioned my address or social... and would not give me their address that I told them I wanted for my atty. I only was told they were from Alabama.........

They called twice more that day, and also my mom's phone once.. which I answered. A different girl. I told her I had already talked to the other one and I am not the person. She put me on hold for a few minutes and then I got
a connection that said the person was unavailable at the time.

I blocked the numbers on mom's phone and then I got one on my cell.

Today, a week later I got a call from them with same message, mom got a call that was blocked, and I got one on my cell.

OHHHHHHHH. Thursday I got a robocall with the same message. Same voice. and as I recall same number... but this time they said Global Management instead of In House.

There needs to be a way to stop them. If you have an address you can write and tell them to not call again and
if they do you can sue them and get $1000 for each violation...

You would think that the phone company would have an address to bill them at... but maybe everything is online?

I got 14, count 'em, 14 calls from these clowns!  They left them on my home answering machine over the course of 3 days looking for someone I know.  The recording told me I had been 'served'.  I called the number back (1-888-982-2082) and gave the reference # they gave me.  I pretended I was an 'employer' who had previously employed the person for whom they were looking but stated that the employee no longer worked for me.  They were ready to terminate the call until I told them, 'Well, wait, I do have two phone numbers where she can be reached.  Do you want them?"  The representative got very excited and said, 'Oh yes, that would be very helpful!"  One of the phone numbers I gave them to call was one of those "Microsoft" scammer calls I get all the time whose reps speak with that Indian or Pakistani accent.  God, I would have loved to hear how that call went!  The other phone number I gave them was to the State's Attorney's office in the state -- I figured they should just try that non-sense directly on the office that might actually investigate them in the future.  Finally, a way to use all these scammers against each other!!  If I get more, I'll give them the scammer 'IRS' phone numbers next.  Then maybe the FBI's phone number.  Time to make some 'lemonade' out of these 'lemons'.

Call the FTC and choose button 3. A real personal will talked Will talk to you and they will open a file.  Give them all the different phone numbers you have received and the messages.  Then if these people have your social security number theywill advise you to put a fraud alert at credit bureau.

What to do if you get a call from a debt collector who says you owe money. You have rights. Ask for a validation notice, which says what you owe and to whom. After you get it, consider sending a letter saying that you don’t owe the debt. If you’re getting debt collection calls, check your free credit report at annualcreditreport.com. If a debt you don’t recognize shows up there, follow the instructions to dispute the debt. And, as always, report any problems to the FTC.

I got these calls back in February and now they are calling again. They call everyone in my family and my place of business saying I’m going to be served papers in a couple of days. No one ever shows up. If they will talk to you, they never give an address for their business. Its a scam. I filed a report with the FTC. And I hope everyone else will do the same.
So how can you tell if you’re being targeted by a fake debt collector?
A caller may be a fake debt collector if:
you don’t recognize the debt or it is time barred.
you can’t get a mailing address or phone number for the collector
you’re asked for personal financial or sensitive information
you’re threatened with arrest or told you’ll be reported to a law enforcement agency
You have rights when it comes to debt collection. Tell the caller that you won’t discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice," which has to include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
