contacted by a company called in-house solutions. 612 254 1548 regarding a credit card from 2009, statue in ga is 6 years. I've passed the statue by over 3 years. they call my mother my brother, threats of lawsuits. I called my lawyer she called them. they refuse to give out an address and hung up on her. used profanity over the phone after I said I would record them. in ga one person can approve recording. after that, they stopped calling. 2 days later someone in Columbus ga calls. 706 341 0219 doesn't call me calls my brother and once again tells him why. I call them back and they hang up. refuse to answer questions. of course no address once again. i'm very sick due to an accident in 2014 i suffer from neuropathy and severe panic disorder. they cannot sue and collect on a time-barred debt and they know it. i'm reaching a breaking point

I was with in the last few days I have had sever calls and one voice message which I returned by IN HOUSE SOLUTIONS   concerning a bill that had been paid off over 15 years ago. They used the number1-503-468-5460.  I recognized her tone right away and realized that she called me before and hung up on me after having a mad fit because I ask  them to simply tell me who they were.  I called twice, the first answered call was a man talking in the background as if he was sitting on his couch.  Then I returned the call to the same number and was told it was IN HOUSE   SOLUTIONS (funny).  She kept saying when I contact my lawyer to sue them then they would have the recording for the call to prove it in court.. I sure hope someone will catch up with them.

called the 985-314-1279 phone number that keeps calling me with a recording saying that I owe a debt they are trying to collect. I asked what the last 4 digits of the SS number is of the individual who owes this debt and the guy told me the last four digits which is a violation of the Fair collection practices ACT. then I call him and talked to him and he says why are you even calling here, really your company is the one calling me and when I told him that his company was in violation of the Fair Collection Practices act he called me a dummy and hung up.  I called back to speak to a supervisor and he hangs up again on the 3rd call I made to these people today the  same guy answers the phone and I tell him I want to speak to someone in upper management  to file a complete for being called a dummy and to file a complaint about the the fair Collection Practices violation and this guy  hangs up on me again.
If I owe the debt you say I owe prove it. My account with the company he says I owe is still open and in good standings so if anyone is a dummy the people working for this collection company are dummies. cal someone else an harass them about a bill, my bills are paid. Dummy!

I called to give them the number of my attorney. He laughed at me and said what good would that do since they are suing me and taking me to court! If these calls weren't so irritating they would be amusing because of how stupid either they are or they think I am.
