I just received the same message, different code. You can't sue for False advertisement because these messages are not truly from Best Buy. This happens to many companies all around the world. I used to work for a credit union and would see this frequently. These websites are often trying to gain other information from you i.e credit cards/e-mail/address or they are virus websites. Do not submit any information, I suggest not even going to the websites.

I enter sweepstakes as a hobby but almost never give my cellphone number because I rarely use that phone. I got this same message today (sent 4/22/12). Since it seemed too good to be true, I googled the website and found this site. Seems this is bogus. I will not visit their website to try to enter the code.

I not only received one for Best Buy, but for WalMart as well. I'm sure it's a scam, but I'm planning on calling them.

Ive recieved a txt from best buy, walmart, and target. All saying i won 1000 dollar gift card, given a code from each. Those idiots who are giving false hope to people who need the money should go to jail. I was about to go to the websites til seeing this. So angry. Im disabiled and cant work, have two kids and we're not going to have much of a Christmas. Cant believe how heartless people are.
