Complaint

I got a call today at home from a man stating he was a process server for Collin County DA's Office and he is with the Sheriff's office and needed to come serve a warrant on me.  I was shocked and asked why?  He stated do you live ....are you still at this address are you now at this address and I stated who are you?  He again, stated he was from the county going to serve court papers on me today. He gave me a toll free number for what he stated was the county's office which is 1 866.872.6116 gave me a case no. which he called a Cause No. 008307-TX. I called the number was transferred to a Mr. Fisher's office who stated that law suite in the amount of $6,214.24 was filed in Collin Co., Tx and that warrant was out for me.  He then after back and forth said let me get more information from my secretary and state this was for an outstanding debt in from Capital One a credit card that I obtained several years back and had disputes over interest charges etc.  He stated that if I did not want to go to court or jail that I could pay $1,951.00 in full by end of business today and this matter could be cleared up.  I explained that I recently lost my job etc.  Anyway, he stated that I needed to call him back by EOB today or they will serve the papers.  Ok, so that was a heads up for me.  I called the DA's office nothing is filed on me as of today, after searching PMG it is clear that they do not practice best practices for collections and have been in trouble for this before back in 2004.  I need someone to give me advise. I want to pay off my debt, I don't want this type of collections to continue this upset me, made my blood pressure raise, this type of collections are not the right thing to do.  Had they called and ask to make arrangements or give me an opportunity to clear the matter, rather then threaten me by taken legal action, or harassment stating they are sending a sheriff over today.  This is wrong, bad business, and should not continue this company is bad news.

    ftc
I guess no one has told the ex convict probably paid snitch Michael that per the ftc you can not post names on bill boards / open post and so on.  For all of you that he continues to harass you may want to look the laws up and file a counter law suit on him, This man is a mouse who snitched his way to the bottom. He did the crime but could not do the time. So he snitched off everyone he could to get less time.  He is the biggest loser ever walking and by the way he was someones [***] when there. He won't make a dime on this clumped up law suit then we all can have a good laugh.

    Just make up stuff,
    same as always.

    wrong
You can post names anywhere you want [***]. Have you ever picked up a newspaper?

My bad, with your Riverside education you don't comprehend compound sentences.

    I'm convinced.
That post convinced me that Michael is a bad guy. I know he is here trying to stop bad people from profiting but after that post I realize that he is a bad guy too. I mean, why else would the bad guys be against him? I can't think of any reason. Hmmm. Wait! Perhaps all the badmouthing is in response to the lawsuit! Maybe, just maybe, all these accusations and false statements are just being tossed around by the same cowards that won't even accept their paperwork. Now there's a thought. By the way, since most of you PMG people are idiots in the first place, let me clarify. No one is posting lists of the people the FTC caught stealing and lying and being [***]. No, someone is posting lists of those being taken to court in an unrelated civil case. the fact that you jokers are the same ones the FTC shut down is your own damn fault and mere coincidence. Try thinking your posts through for awhile before hitting the "Submit" button... you obviously are an idiot who has trouble forming sentences and complete thoughts. I suppose ripping people off over the phone was probably all you were qualified for that didn't involve paper hats and name tags. Well, you almost convinced me that Michael was a bad guy but the more I think things over the more I am glad someone is doing what is necessary to take you ignoramus's down. The world would be a better place without you jokers in it, but I'll settle for seeing you all dragged through the legal system and paying your ill-gotten gains to your victims.

    look in the mirrior
Sounds like your bitter because you got BUSTED.
Why are you blaming him for exposing you and your partners in crime.
Thank God for Michael otherwise you criminals would still be on the phones harassing the public.
When [***] goes down you always blame the Whistle blower.
Have you ever thought it might be your own fault for picking a job as
a dialer at a fraudulent debt company.

    All you are criminals
It's not a crime till your convicted and it's illegal to post stuff staying someone committed a crime when they have yet to be convicted Of one so slandering Wayne and Jason's name along with everyone else is a crime in it's self. All you are criminals. So much hypocritical people here it's not even funny!

    wannabe attorney
It's only slander if it's not true. It doesn't have to be proven in a court of law genius.

    You asked for it.
Wayne Lunsford and Jason Begley and Ed Polaco and John Cook and Sam Marquez and Wendy Marquez and Victor Marquez and Tina Coca and Denise Deakins and Dan Cooley and Jose Manjarrez and Sam Lockhart are all crooks. They are all liars. They use deceptive practices to extort money from helpless victims. The fact that Lockhart has purchased a law degree from some shady website does not make him any better than the rest. In fact, before sending in the three equal payments of $29.95 which purchased his degree, he should have actually learned something about the law. That way, he could have pursued more fruitful avenues in his dealings with the Federal Trade Commission. Turns out, whining and complaining about having your stolen money taken away isn't really much of a defense. Stupid [***]. Now bring it on little man!!!!!

Just called the number to City Investment Services in Corona.
Looks like they are still in business.
I asked for Tina and they said they could take a message for her.

Then there is more work to be done.
Since our Government is obviously letting us down once again we will have to continue taking matters into our own hands. Timothy L. Harding should have also been mentioned more. He used to be a police officer meaning that he used to have a gun and badge to back up his threats and extortion. He used to tell the best stories of how he abused prisoners in the jail by grabbing their collar and crotch from the back and slamming them facedown into the jail floor. Great guy. He will tell you that he acquired his limp from an on-the-job injury. This is partially true. His co-workers on the force beat the living [***] out of him and guess what - he had it comin'.

    By the way...
Have any of you Assclowns Googled yourselves lately? Your names I mean? These things being said in here against you are starting to pile up. Too bad they are all true huh? It is SO hard to prove slander and libel when the horrible things said about you are factual. Hey, with a lawyer of Sam Lockhart's caliber on your team maybe you will win. He did such a great job earning that $30k a month ;)

    That...
T Cola is a scam company owned by Tina Coca. It is connected to Wayne and Jason's companies. This is how they keep doing what they are doing. The FTC should have put these people into cages by now but they would rather catch them again later and continue raking in the ill-gotten gains. So the complaints will continue, because no one is stopping these people from continuing to ripoff the public. Perhaps a nice fat civil judgement against the lot of them will slow their proverbial roll. We'll just have to wait and see. Too bad these chickens are hiding their heads in the sand instead of dealing with this lawsuit like adults. All those times they called debtors losers and deadbeats but look who is hiding now. Look who the loser is NOW. Soon you will have no money and be behind on your bills and then who will you talk crap about? Yourselves?

    Ohhhh....
Did the shills get too scared to play?
  • 0
    Yeah
Notice the "Incorporating Solutions" company tied to T. Cola? That means the [***] make money whenever the dykes make money. "The dykes" of course refers to Tina Coca and Denise Deakins. As long as W&J are tied to any company, they will continue to prey on innocent victims and rip off the general public. These degenerates just lack job skills outside the extortion racket. Good news though. We are winning. They are no longer hiding behind fake numbers and names, we have brought light to their actions and they will soon be held accountable for their evil deeds. Yay.

invade my privacy- pay the price
I think they are finally realizing that we are pissed off and we are not going away.
When someone invades you privacy, it is serious business, and I for one am not taking this lightly.
So buckle up punks because I won't rest until you are all behind bars.

    Hells yeah!
I was starting to think that everyone was forgetting the mess these jerks made for so many people. It is nice to know there are still  few of us who will not rest until these guys pay.

You know who is to blame right?
Accurint. Their greed sells your information to people like Jason Begley and Wayne Lunsford who would otherwise be crippled in their attempts to connive people. Blame Accurint's policy of taking money in exchange for your credit history-the main tool the guys use to rip everyone off.

    What Accurint sold..
was the location information on relatives and employers.

This type of scam, whether this Corona one, or several others either in southern California or elsewhere, practically always makes its threats through initial intimidation calls to relatives or employers.

They aren't "locating" people they already know how to find.
