I got a call today at home from a man stating he was a process server for Collin County DA's Office and he is with the Sheriff's office and needed to come serve a warrant on me.  I was shocked and asked why?  He stated do you live ....are you still at this address are you now at this address and I stated who are you?  He again, stated he was from the county going to serve court papers on me today. He gave me a toll free number for what he stated was the county's office which is 1 866.872.6116 gave me a case no. which he called a Cause No. 008307-TX. I called the number was transferred to a Mr. Fisher's office who stated that law suite in the amount of $6,214.24 was filed in Collin Co., Tx and that warrant was out for me.  He then after back and forth said let me get more information from my secretary and state this was for an outstanding debt in from Capital One a credit card that I obtained several years back and had disputes over interest charges etc.  He stated that if I did not want to go to court or jail that I could pay $1,951.00 in full by end of business today and this matter could be cleared up.  I explained that I recently lost my job etc.  Anyway, he stated that I needed to call him back by EOB today or they will serve the papers.  Ok, so that was a heads up for me.  I called the DA's office nothing is filed on me as of today, after searching PMG it is clear that they do not practice best practices for collections and have been in trouble for this before back in 2004.  I need someone to give me advise. I want to pay off my debt, I don't want this type of collections to continue this upset me, made my blood pressure raise, this type of collections are not the right thing to do.  Had they called and ask to make arrangements or give me an opportunity to clear the matter, rather then threaten me by taken legal action, or harassment stating they are sending a sheriff over today.  This is wrong, bad business, and should not continue this company is bad news.

    You missed the whole purpose for RICO.  When you show all the defendants are part of the same scheme, whoever the money got passed off to, you get to go after it.  Whichever "turnips" still have "blood", you get it, now and for the life of the judgement.

The truth is that all of you employees are starting to realize that you are indeed no better than the Schmucks you made all that money conning. Wait, no, they answered the phone and would have accepted their summons had you not been lying. That's right, truth is you people are scum. You lack backbone, morals, ethics and above all you lack intelligence. Hide all you want, make this even more embarrassing than it must already be. Just don't come here expecting people to sympathize with you now that you got caught.  B i t c h.

    Michael it seems as if you are making some threats to serve these people??!! How are you any different then the people you are trying to sue?? Threatening to show up at church and school functions etccccc!!     All him and his partners what is money just like the FTC. None of these guys are doing it to protect all you consumers. Look at he FTC I guarentee when they get there settlement and money how much do you want to bet that not a penny goes back to the so call victims. Just like Michael lets just see how much money of his law suit goes back to the victims after they charge all you guys hundreds of thousands for cousel. U were better off hiring your own attorneys. I'm gunna laugh once this is all said and done. No victims will be taken care of by the FTC or Michael Peterson. Good luck Michael on your serving tactics that these defendants were using to collect money like you are to collect your people to get paid too! Are all you so blind you don't [***] see it.     It sucks that you idiots all have to share one brain and it takes you hours or even days to come up with even this lousy of a response. let me break this down for you. Your company harassed people because their name was on a lead sheet some screwball handed you. You BELIEVED that it was profitable to con them so you did. You even got your families in on the scam. You knew all along that what you were doing was not only morally wrong, but illegal. Even someone as stupid as Bagel could figure that out. Anyway, some of the people you illegally harassed are now angry and seeking retribution. You should hope that this gets settled or your current addresses may end up in the hands of your victims, and they don't all play nice. Michael Peterson is trying to do his job. He is helping some good folks get their lives back, and maybe just maybe keep people like you from doing this to anyone again. Yes the FTC is wrong. Yes the whole Gov't is wrong. So what? That is your reason for ripping off innocent people? You have a lot of growing up to do and I feel like prison may just be the best thing for you.     I've been wondering who she is and what her connection if any is to this scam.
    Also as far as I can tell the lovers are still named as defendants in the civil suit.
    Their days as debt collectors are definitely diminishing.
