Country: United States
I got a call today at home from a man stating he was a process server for Collin County DA's Office and he is with the Sheriff's office and needed to come serve a warrant on me.  I was shocked and asked why?  He stated do you live ....are you still at this address are you now at this address and I stated who are you?  He again, stated he was from the county going to serve court papers on me today. He gave me a toll free number for what he stated was the county's office which is 1 866.872.6116 gave me a case no. which he called a Cause No. 008307-TX. I called the number was transferred to a Mr. Fisher's office who stated that law suite in the amount of $6,214.24 was filed in Collin Co., Tx and that warrant was out for me.  He then after back and forth said let me get more information from my secretary and state this was for an outstanding debt in from Capital One a credit card that I obtained several years back and had disputes over interest charges etc.  He stated that if I did not want to go to court or jail that I could pay $1,951.00 in full by end of business today and this matter could be cleared up.  I explained that I recently lost my job etc.  Anyway, he stated that I needed to call him back by EOB today or they will serve the papers.  Ok, so that was a heads up for me.  I called the DA's office nothing is filed on me as of today, after searching PMG it is clear that they do not practice best practices for collections and have been in trouble for this before back in 2004.  I need someone to give me advise. I want to pay off my debt, I don't want this type of collections to continue this upset me, made my blood pressure raise, this type of collections are not the right thing to do.  Had they called and ask to make arrangements or give me an opportunity to clear the matter, rather then threaten me by taken legal action, or harassment stating they are sending a sheriff over today.  This is wrong, bad business, and should not continue this company is bad news.

    Justice?
No, not justice. But, a severely different lifestyle. I wonder how many credit cards these guys took out always expecting more money next month than the month before. How many oversized diamonds and trucks are going to cost them money they no longer have. Even a know-nothing, shoddy POS lawyer like Sam Lockhart (Passed bar only two years ago, now entrusted with 10,000,000 case?) won't work for nothing. How many legal battles will they face before this is all behind them? 3? 10? I hope Jason is as good at working with cars as his little brother cause this industry just ain't workin' out no' mo'

    ?
How hard is it going to be to get the top guys that started this scam?  (begley and lunsford's boss)

    Good Question
The truth is he may get away with it. Is that Aaron Honda?
  • 0
    ^^^^
Who is Aaron Honda? How is he connected to the companies? Did he perhaps give them the money to initially set up the business?

    Try harder
Notice they call everyone 'dead beats.' If you are associated with a person who didn't pay a debt at some point in his life you are just a 'loser' that doesn't pay your bills. Using their logic, everyone in the world is a dead beat. The court documents show that they were instructed to target their victims' places of employment, friends, relatives and neighbors FIRST. In other words, they terrorized 'non-dead beats' first in an attempt to turn up the heat. Everything they do makes no sense, but if it helps them to make more money it becomes easier for them to continue in their  alternate reality. Maybe it helps them to sleep better at night.

The problem with getting involved with this scam means that you end up becoming completely indoctrinated. Imagine reading the same script everyday, again and again. Saying that their victims really owe this money - even if not to them - helps them to justify their actions. In the end they can just say that you're a dead beat, even though they had to be pretty bad off to agree to do a 'job' like this in the first place. Reminds me of the famous quote said by one of the most evil men in the world - "If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it."

    unusual name?
I could only find two Aaron Honda's in the US.
One lives in Castro Valley Ca and the other one lives in Honolulu Hawaii.

"Aaron Honda" showed up in a Google search on PMG's address, which found a newspaper listing for a DBA filing with Riverside County, in early 2010.  HGG (for Horizon Global Group) was being registered as a DBA for PMG.

    https://complaintwire.org/Complaint.aspx/QrqUYTUISgCLBgjMeJtSCQ

Shortly after this, 800notes threads started showing up with complaints against HGG.  This was the first hint that they might be using multiple front names as a way to hide the growing size of the scam.

He may also have shown up on PMG's BBB report, which may also have listed HGG as a DBA.  Maybe he is as real as Wayne Swanson, who also showed up on that BBB report for a short while.

    TJ You is a genius
Good Work. Those Loops are all Feces of crap. Notice how all 3 Loops listed above show different offices? I bet that made keeping a direct eye on what was going ON in those offices a lot easier, but may make plausible deniability Much Harder.

    So...
We Know Swanson Is Made Up, And Honda Probably Too,
I Think I Read That Tina's Last Name Isn't Really Westholder.
Those Guys Were Just Too Smart For Us!
...until the 11th of October this year, that is ;)

    They must be.
    It's "a stable position".
    It even says so.

"25 openings" for just "Statewide Group".
They were really planning to scale up.

    Someone should
Someone should harass their friends and neighbors and family members. Just remind them of what being on the wrong end of a horrible call feels like.

    You have no idea
The office Downstairs from the ones that were raided USED to belong to Circle-K (a Cali Convenience Chain) District Headquarters. Then John Cook rented it out. Funny, I bet they are still working out of that office since it wasn't actually raided like the upstairs offices...
My guess it could have seated 120 people.

    Hmmm
How do you know all of this? Were you an employee?
  • 0
    LOL
I read somewhere an ex-employee is crying about not getting paid. They really think they're going to get their checks? ALL THE ASSETS ARE FROZEN!Don't be angry with Wayne Lunsford and Jason for that. Be mad because they are giving you false hope and making you think you have nothing to worry about!
