I didn't reorder this internet protection for the second year and again was charge for the product,,,,this is why i cancelled in the first place....what right do they have to use my credit card in the first place......I WANT MY MONEY BACK A.S.A.P   Thankyou Mrs L.E.Blackman

    I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE CREDIT CARD CHARGE ON JULY 15,2011, SPOKE WITH SOMEONE ON THE PHONE WHO WAS TO AUTHORIZE REFUND AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING YET FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT TO MY VISA ACCOUNT. REQUESTING REIMBURSEMENT AGAIN FOR 62.95.

        Did you find a place or number to request a credit? They just did the same thing to us and I'm not happy. I did buy it once a couple years but have other protection now. I'd appreciate your help. Thanks, Marcia

          The customer service # is 800-864-6027. We had the same problem. Had to pry this # out of the tech service rep. He wanted to get access to our computer. When we refused and demanded a number to call to have the charge credited to our credit card he gave this # to us and now we have the situation resolved.

            Thank you so much for that number - that seems to have worked for me also since I have been trying to cancel my subscription. Now I just have to wait and see if my refund appears on my next credit card statement.

        I to was a victim of DR-TREND  We did not authorize this new charge of $80.95  I called my bank & the ph# they gave me is 888-762-8736  My bank also said they could help us get the $$  back So it might be a try  Hope this helps

      I bought their internet security product with my credit card in 2012 and expired last Oct. 2013. I guess they automaticaly renew it for some reason. They did this to me. I called 952-646-5980. I talked to a lady named Jabe. She was very nice on the phone. Without any question, she removed my automatic renewal and will refund my credit card back. Today is 11/4/2013. I will wait for few days to see what happens. I first called their tech support and they wanted to access my computer to get my refund. I did not want to do that for security reasons.

    Same here.  Just noticed this charge on my account from 10/4/11.  Will be calling my credit card company tonight.  $35.95 - I never ordered this.  Will be requesting a reimbursement ASAP!

    i also was charged $90 on 10-25-11 for something that i did not reorder.  they had me signed up for automatic renewal which is bull [***] because i dont even use this program.  but i called the number above and they claim the money will be refunded to me in the next 5-7 business days.  so hopefully this phone number can assist some of you.

    Oh Oh,  I'm goingf through the same [***] with these clowns right now.  All I've got is a debit on my credit card for $65.68.  No email thanking me for a purchase or anything . . . . Looks like their random # generater is hard at work.

    My dad's credit card also had an unauthorized billing for DRI Trend Micro in the amount of $62.95.  Fortunately, Bank of America fraud department caught it and alerted us immediately.

    My credit card was charge $62.95 and I did not purchase it.  I called Dri Trend Micro and the gentleman wanted to check my computer so he could determine whether or not I had it.  I insisted I wanted to know what their records indicate as to my purchase and he hung up.  I then contacted the credit card company and they put the purchase in dispute.  This may take 60-90 days to resolve it.  It is an unnecessary hassle but I believe it will be resolved.

      I went directly to my credit card company after discovering the charge.  Trend Micro wouldn't budge and there-
      fore the credit card company plans to leave it.  Don't count on this method for resolution.

    I have exactly the same issue and american express credited my card the minute I called them.  Obviously thee are alot of these issues.  My charge was $35.95
