I didn't reorder this internet protection for the second year and again was charge for the product,,,,this is why i cancelled in the first place....what right do they have to use my credit card in the first place......I WANT MY MONEY BACK A.S.A.P   Thankyou Mrs L.E.Blackman

    We just received a call from Bank of America verifying a charge of $71.96 to DRI Trend Micro and we did not make this purchase..fraudulent withdrawal.  Beware..don't know how they obtained a credit card number we haven't used in 6 months.

    go to www.regnow.com/help.html we got an apparent 10 year protection for just under 400 and dont want this happening to us. Will be looking into it !

    I ALSO DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY FURTHER CHARGE ON A PURCHASE DURING 2011.  THIS WOULD SEEM TO BE A NEW METHOD OF EXTORTION BY A COMPANY THAT IS OUT OF HAND.

    It's nice to know I'm not the only one with this problem but it's pretty sad that so many others are being ripped off by this DRI Value thing.  I called 800-669-6975 and spoke to a very nice guy who said he would immediately stop any further charges and would mail me a refund request form and all would be right with the world after that.  Got the request in the mail to see that it says "not eligible for refund." These people couldn't tell me what I'd purchased, what they actually are or anything.  Deliberately vague and accomodating to try to satisfy you and get you off the phone quickly.  Have to wait until Monday to call them and am preparing to unleash verbally the wrath of god on these fools.  This is unbelievably frustrating!

    Just got my credit card statement there was a charge on it for $35.95 will be contacting these people on Monday and get my credit card comp to flag any and all from micro trend. I had it 4 years ago everyone needs to be vigilent on checking your statements.

    I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD.  I SPOKE TO SOMEONE AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT AUTO RENEWAL WAS TURNED OFF, I WANT MY CREDIT CARD REFUNDED.  YOU MUST HAVE THE NUMBER SINCE YOU HAVE CHARGED IT.  THE MICRO TREND THAT I USE DOES NOT INCLUDE INTERNET SECURITY.  THAT HAS BEEN PAID FOR.

    I am also being charged $35.95 for an antivirus I don't want and don't use. I have tried  to contact them without success. I have tried to cancel which never happens. I use an antivirus that I trust and can renew myself. I am being charged without my permission and was out of the country when they charged my credit card.

    DRI Trend Micro charged by credit card for $80.95 and I don't even use them - never have.  Don't know how they got my card number.  Talked to guy at the 800 number listed above and he wanted my full credit card number and email which I did NOT give out.  Credit card company is removing the charge.  Could not get any help with DRI Trend Micro.  This is pure theft.  Amazing what level they will stoop to,

    I did Not authorize Dri*Trend Micro to renew.  They have been charging my VISA for renewal for 5 years-unauthorized.  Got a new VISA number, charges stopped.  Checked my AMEX statement-there was Dri*Trend-$71.95.  I want to know how they got a number that they have never been authorized to charge.  How did they even know I have an AMEX card?  Called AMEX-getting new number and they will be contacting DRI and refunding charges to my card.  Here is the DRI number I called 952-646-5980.   FRAUD FRAUD  FRAUD

    Was going over the credit card statement and found a charge from this company for 86.00--we don't know who they are or how they got our credit card.  Couldn't get anyone to answer at the phone number listed on our bank statement so I had to go to the bank and report this fraudulent charge and they advised so we cancelled our credit card to prevent these thieves from charging anymore on our card.  Now we have to start over with a new card.  If I get any information from the bank about them, I'll post on here.

    Same thing - they "automatically" charge your credit card, even though no "automatic authorization has been given and I have repeatedly called and told them I no longer have this computer and/or email, but THEY WON'T REFUND THE MONEY.  DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM TREND MICRO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
