I didn't reorder this internet protection for the second year and again was charge for the product,,,,this is why i cancelled in the first place....what right do they have to use my credit card in the first place......I WANT MY MONEY BACK A.S.A.P   Thankyou Mrs L.E.Blackman

    Same problem. Cannot find a phone number for them and I've been billed  $35.95.  Anyone have a number or just written communication to MN?

    Just saw today a charge for 71.95 that went through yesterday.  I've never called my bank before about a charge because I keep track of my account pretty good.  I recognized "Micro Trend" and my first thought was how it sucked as a product in the first place.  When I saw that charge my jaw dropped and my bank took it off and are filing a fraud charge against them.  My bank is also reimbursing me which I thought was pretty awesome of them (SunTrust).  Looks like all the banks know about these characters though.  I didn't even type in anything negative in the search for their phone number but all these sites about a bunch of pissed off anti-Micro Trend people/blogs popped up... niiiiice...  I wonder if anything actually happens to them since apparently this has been going on for quite a while.

    I also had a charge to my bank account. I called the bank, got a phone number and called it. A rep for Trend Mirco told me it was for a 1 year renewal. I did not authorize any renewal and she is refunding the 35.95. Where the hell do these people come from. WFT. The number to call is 1-877-229-1377.

    I have the same situation,  I just noticed Apr 10,2012  I received a bill on my credit card for $62.95, from DRI Trend Micro...   I called my credit card company and they had a phone number for Dri trend and they connected me with them,,, I found out they have been billing my credit card since 2009 every year since,  I stopped using them after 2008 when I switched to Webroot, Dri trend keeps billing you until they receive a CANCELLATION notice from you, and credit card companies cannot do anything about it unless you have a copy of the cancellation notice.  Supposedly Dri Trend is going to reimbuse me for this latest billing but not the 09, 10, and 11 years.   I will wait till my next credit card bill to see if they actually do.    Luckily this year, I really checked over my credit card bill statement, or they would of been making a big profit from me for many years to come.

    I had the same issue as the rest of you. I bought a computer 4 years ago and the software came installed on the computer. I never authorized renewals and, in fact, I get renewal emails from them all the time that I delete.  I contacted my credit card company to contest the charges and they called DRI while I was on the line. She said the only way she could cancel my auto renewal was if I gave them a bunch of my personal information. NO WAY was that going to happen. I'm not giving them info so they can just scam me some more!

    the same as everyone else--another year-another charge WITHOUT authorization--something has to be done to stop them from being able to do this

    My subscription is ending July 4, 2012.  I need to get the renewal charged to a new card but I cannot get anyone on the phone at the Trand Micro US Hq.  I do not want to deal with anyone outside the US in this matter.  If I do not find someone whom I can deal with at your Hq, I will get another company.

    I too am a victim of their menacing recurrent charges to my bank check debit account. I trully believe their customer service reps. are all on crack cocaine and get paid with drugs to act like total idiots. They are like a chicken with many heads with no brains to think outside the cubicle they are confined to.
    I have talked to a total of 5-6 customer serv. reps and all of them are not on the same page with each other. Everytime I emailed them by name another rep. would emaiil me back in response to my inquiries and each one would tell me a different reason for the charges and then they would ask me to resubmit the bank statements all over again attesting to the charges. Although I had sent all info to them, they would again and again ask I resend the same info to them. Just like WWE  wrestling tag teams they would tag and switch wrestlers to surprise kick me in the balls again.
    After I filed a dispute with my bank, I was told the credit card policy requires the victim to try and resolve the issue with the vendor. After exausting that avenue, my bank agreed to involve the credit card provider to go after Trend Micro for the recovery of my stolen funds. This is where I am at with the issue.
    I hope all will have better results. their charges to me resulted in unnecessary overdraft charges as I am a 59 year old person living on a fixed income and on SSI disability. Their actions have been reckless and I'm sure others like me are victims. BEWARE THEREFORE OF REALTIME TROJAN HORSES baring bank viruses that will haunt you. Sincerely, Gene...-.-

    One more bit of info. DRI stands for Digital Rivers Inc. which handles the customer service and accounting for Trend Micro. FYI, while researching  Dri Trend Micro Accounting, I came accross a website attesting the company Trend Micro originates from Japan and they were getting ready to take over the accounting from Digital Rivers again and take control. Wonder Why?.....Gene

    $35.95 charged on my credit card. I did not ok this charge. Called 1-877-291-1377, was told the charge will be removed in 5-7 days. Will wait & see.  This has happened before.  Just goes to show how important to check your c/c charges carefully.

    I saw the transaction and I was like wtf?
    I though I had removed that program from the computer.
    That program came with the computer so I can't virtually removed.
    I don't use the computer, but I theorize that probably one of my family members downloaded a FAKE Trend Micro
