I didn't reorder this internet protection for the second year and again was charge for the product,,,,this is why i cancelled in the first place....what right do they have to use my credit card in the first place......I WANT MY MONEY BACK A.S.A.P   Thankyou Mrs L.E.Blackman

    I have the same issue they charged to my cridit card $38.42.  Will call for reimbursement.

    Just noticed two debits, one for $9.95 on 29 Nov and now another one for $13 on 30 Nov on my checking account.  I never ordered anything from DRI micro, and just sent a note to my bank alerting them that this is a scam.

    Ditto to all the posts! Appeared out of nowhere and is totally a scam!! $62.95 on our card by these jokers...having our credit card company take it off hopefully.

    I have a charge coming through on my debit card that I did not authorize.  I will have to have my bank shut down my debit card and reissue a new number in order to get rid of this charge.  This is very frustrating to me.  This company needs to be held accountable.

    Haven't had or used this product in 6 months. continued to come up on my bill. called and complained, got credited for it. 3 months later (today) reappeared on my bill again for 48.55. Now on hold to fight this charge again!!!!

    What is going on? This company has charged me $48.66.  I did not authorize nor do I want this product.  Does anyone know what to do?

    Was charged 62.95 for a unauthorized renewal. Called and was told I'll be refunded in 5 to 7 days. Then I checked my bank account later on, they charged it again. What is going on with these people?

    Well they've done it again!!! They debited another $69 on my statement this year again!! I've just called my lawyer! Now we'll see it they think about doing this next year! Sign me, Screaming mad!

    WTF: The same thing JUST happened to ME!!! TREND MICRO automatically set me up for annual renewal!!!! I DID NOT AUTHORIZED THEM TO DO NOR WAS I INFORMED THAT THIS WOULD BE AN ANNUAL PROCESS.  I CALLED 800-864-6027 Opt.2.  and the sales clerk assisted me.  Hopeful they took care of my issue.  I check in 5-7days. PISSED PISSED OFF!!!

    I never ordered anything from Dri Trend Micro Minnetonka MN on 3/09.2012 nor did I give permission to anyone to order.but yet I was charged on my credit card for the amount of $78.16, I am going to dispute this charge with my Credit Co.  You will be hearing from them soon.

    Just got a credit card statement with an unauthorized "purchase" on it from Trend Micro in Minnetonka MN.  Called my credit card company and they took it off my card and closed my account and will send me a new card.  These jokers at Trend must think we're all crazy and never check our statements or anything.

    They charged my account four times and then credit my account back twice. I can't remember using this company, but they had my charge card number. My card company is taking care of it, USAA is great to deal with.

    The beat goes on - I did not renew, erased their program from my computer, bought McAfee to replace it in January, and now Trend Micro, charged my C Card twice for 62,95 on March 1, credited one of the charges but still have one charge of 62.95 on my card. I will try the phone number that Mrs Fields posted, plus call my C Card company to contest the charge.  They did not have my authorization for any auto renew either like a lot of previous posts.

    This is my second complaint.... not only am I frustrated in cancelling your product but not it seems impossible to reach you on any phone.  Like the others above me I too have been charged for a service I don't want and use.  Please cancel what you say is standing order - now!
