Ok, the number 702-520-1131 keeps frigging calling my phone and when I pick up it's an automated voice that says "This is the last warning that your factory auto insurance is going to run out" or something. I hang up every time because our auto insurance is fine. I have no idea where they got my number from but I want them to stop calling me.

get a police whisle and when you get a live person on the phone, blow the whistle..pretty soon they will not have enough people who can hear to man the phones and they will let us alone!!!!!!

I expect that if a caller asks to have the name removed maybe they take a name off one list but add it to another, so the calls keep coming.    I don't answer any unrecognized number or company.    Messages are very rarely left.

I called the FCC and they sent me to fcc.gov and get the 1088 form for "abandonment" calls & "war dialing" received at a business or residential telephone line complaint. I had to print it out. so, so much for that. Don't think will get to much  help there either. Heads up got a new no# slightly different recording but same message, this time from Florida the no# is 321-729-9349, again I called it back dead air.

I keep getting recorded phone calls from numbers listed to digitcom.  818 870 5022 and 310 485 8901.  I folow directive on how to remove from the calling list, but it doesn't work. I am assuming this is just a forum to complain, that you won't do anything about stopping the calls.  I am sure you love this.

I too got a prerecorded message that on reverse lookup turned out to be digitcom.  This is my private cell phone, that only the closest to me have the number.  I went on the feds website fcc.gov and reported it.  It may seem that it may not matter but that's only because it's one complaint.  I would urge everyone to register a complaint each time it happens, by flooding the fcc with complaints, they will need to take action.

We live in Canada and got a call from 562-223-8802. I traced it back to Digitcom in Compton, California. At first I hung up then called the number back. The message said "We are sorry if we reached your number in error..........push one if you wish to be removed from our list." I pushed 'one' several times but the message just kept repeating itself.

Here are some #s with the 702-502-.... and the names that show up on my home phone. Free HBO 3 months -1271, Save on RX Card -1153, Indus Tuscany -1105, Las Vegas NV -5022. All of these are DIGITCOM and the message is about my car warranty is about to expire. I started getting calls on my cell phone last week. I have some connections in the comm. industry that I made when I worked in the trade, and I am related to several in the software development industry. When you are able to get a human on the line it is only someone that maintains the automatic dialers and programs. They couldn't care less and think it's funny. They are a bunch of anti-social freaks that get off on screwing with people. There are ways to find the people that can control these operations and who maintains them. They have 3 days starting at midnight tonight to get this corrected. After that the gloves come off and operations will begin. Some will be overt, some covert, and some could be black. They are warned that the cosequences will be swift and severe. Screw the FCC. They are so swamped it could be 6 months to begin an investigation, in the mean time you're hosed with

if the number traces back to digitcom
call 866-225-1956 to be removed from their call list.  I personally will not do this.  There is a lot of fraud going on, they are just shooting in the dark with their phone calls hoping to get the right person to share personal info.  Beware of these scammers!!! They are good at what they do!!!

    have fun with it
I have received phone calls where I attempt to sell them free satellite installation and they say "no thanks" and hang up...happened several times acually. My girlfriend actually recently gave me the idea to act like they were "interrupting" a domestic dispute and are told to call the local police.

and another one floating around the internet, where the guy pretends to be a homocide detective and gets the guys ACTUAL work address...

    Name : Warranty Activation Center
 Telephone No: 310-599-5636
    Telephone Service Supplier: http://www.digitcom.net/
Location: WEST LOS ANGELES

    Phone (310) 358-7000
 (800) 464-5446
Fax (310) 437-4105

I called Digitcom and reported anonymously that their client, 310-599-5636 is in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, by 1) not removing my telephone number after I press their automatic do not call back option(#2) and by 2) not providing me with a copy oif their Do Not Call Policy, as required by the above listed law. Each additional call is subject to a $500,00 fine to me by this company.
You may consider giving Digitcom a call and informing their rep about this. This will serve as 1) part of your due diligence, [should you decide to pursue legal action to collect your $500.00 per offense fine] and 2) if enough people call in, it will will send the carrier a clear message from us consumers…”don’t carry these scammers or it will come back at you”.
Today I also contacted EBSCO Industries, who was allegedly associated with this warranty company. The nice lady who answered said they were a bit overwhelmed with calls from angry consumers… EBSCO may or may not be related to the “Warranty Processing Center”, but now, EBSCO, a telemarketing company, is using employee resources to answer the calls. Unfair, maybe, but we’re just doing our warranted follow up (pun intended).
Consider giving Digitcom a call and politely ask them to help you make their client, the “Warranty Processing Center”, desist from calling your number. Make spend a dollar in wages by taking your call. Many calls = a good hit on their pockets. Silly of them not to listen.

I'm in litigation with EBSCO for an unrelated client, not the auto calls. However I will be filing against the auto warranty guy in about 3 weeks. If Digitcom does not cooperate with a subpoena, I will include them as defendants.

Its that simple and that easy.

File a complaint at this link:  https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
You can register a cell phone.  Search the internet; you can find info on how to take them to Small Claims court for the cost of filing a complaint.

You can register a cell phone on the Do Not Call list.  You can also file a complaint at this link (copy & paste if required) https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
For repeated calls, you can sue them in Small Claims Court AND WIN!  Here is a link that can get you started:  http://www.killthecalls.com/suing-telemarketers.html
