Called 877-217-9567Forward Movement Recovery  Spoke with Jon, however Sarah left a message on my boyfriends home phone. According toi Jon I applied and received 2 payday loans via an online application that I did not pay back using a banks account at Wells Fargo which I never had. He stated the name of an employer that I have not been employed with for over 5 years as reference.. I stated I needed a few minutes to research the company. Right away he said that the reviews would be bad. HA the reviews state this is a scam and I totally believe it,  I will not be calling back and if they call again I will pursue leagl action or at least get the word out to the public they are a scam.

    It's a shakedown scam..

You know you never took out the loans, and the alleged account isn't even yours, yet they looked up an old employer to claim you used it as a "reference" when supposedly applying for this fake "loan".
    It's a con. They're faking it.

It's illegal for debt collectors to use deception to collect "debt", real or fake.  Making up a fake "debt", and looking up what they think is your "information" to convince you that you owe it is deceptive and fraudulent.  File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  Include in your complaints the deceptive "information" they threw at you to convince you.

I received a call from a Sarah too! I have received several calls from places like this around this time of year so I was suspicious when they left a message saying they would get the law involved if I didn't return call. First they don't read out the statement that this is a debt collector attempting to collect a debt which is required by law they immediately wanted last 4 digits of social. I told them until they tell me what this is in regards to I would not confirm any info. They of course started getting an attitude and said I have everything in front of me etc etc. when I called them out they started yelling at me and that was all the confirmation I needed. How do you stop these calls. They are calling everyday

I just got a call about this but it was an automated system telling me that I needed to contact a certain # and that I needed to provide my where abouts and by law they could use other sources to obtain the information. Unfortunately for them I had this happen to me last year and they scammed me out of 500$. I will not pay anyone a dime until I get papers in the mail or until I'm served court papers

I am getting the exact same messages trying to locate me, they have contacted my mother and even my boyfriend using the excuse that it is in regards to health coverage. When I called them to ask about the health coverage and they verified who I was they said the call was an excuse to get me on the phone cause the law is trying to find me cause I owe thousands of dollars in back taxes that is owed the IRS. I told them this was a scam I owed nothing to the I R S. They don't give refunds to people that owe THEM money. I have Truecaller App on my smartphone. I highly recommend downloading it and blocking all their calls. They have called from 5 different numbers and will be blocking all of them. I will be calling the BBB and the FTC and filing a complaint.

I've been getting these calls in and off for a long time. I feel that I'm being harassed. I was a victim of identity theft so I thought there was a little truth in it. I've been sick to my stomach throwing up because I've been trying to explain to them my situation but I just keep getting calls saying it's beyond their control and I'm going to court still. I do feel like they are fraud because when you google them, you don't get much information.

Don’t worry about those people. Ask for a doucument showing you what they are claiming against you and then move forward. They use threats like that to intimidate people. Start asking questions and yes they will get mad.  They are a recovery company  dept collection. Call them out keep calling and harass them they hate that

from Feb 20 and everyday sense I received calls on my home phone for an ex-boyfriend that I haven't seen in over 10 and half years. The calls have been from  Jamie and A Sarah.I called and talked to a Tracey and explained everything to her and she couldn't even find my number in their systems and said that I won't been getting any more calls. I got another that afternoon, and one this morning. How Do I get them to STOP? Any ideas?

If you have a smartphone download the APP Truecaller. It is a wonderful app that blocks any and all unwanted calls. But beware a lot of these credit and telemarketing companies have multiple phone numbers so unless the number is similar in sequence, Truecaller won't know to block it. They got thru to me thru 5 different numbers but since I don't recognize the number I don't answer it when they call. When I call back and a recording states the company name,  THEN I BLOCK THAT NUMBER. Good luck

Yes these dam jokers got a hold to my sister in law cell number and I didn't list that on my application. I took out an online cash advance in 2005 and they say I owe them over a $1000 but they will settle for $250 on today. I said I need all original documents and the original lender. Amanda told me I should know who I took out an online loan with. I said well smart ass if I did it on yesterday you are more than right but I am suppose to remember something from 2005? I asked for the physical address and she would not provide it. She said she will forward everything to my email and I need to check the spam or junk mail. I said you are right Amanda this is a scam and I hope that the call is recorded because you are refusing to provide me the info I need to review and resolve this debt.
