Called 877-217-9567Forward Movement Recovery Spoke with Jon, however Sarah left a message on my boyfriends home phone. According toi Jon I applied and received 2 payday loans via an online application that I did not pay back using a banks account at Wells Fargo which I never had. He stated the name of an employer that I have not been employed with for over 5 years as reference.. I stated I needed a few minutes to research the company. Right away he said that the reviews would be bad. HA the reviews state this is a scam and I totally believe it, I will not be calling back and if they call again I will pursue leagl action or at least get the word out to the public they are a scam.

It's a con. They're faking it.
It's illegal for debt collectors to use deception to collect "debt", real or fake. Making up a fake "debt", and looking up what they think is your "information" to convince you that you owe it is deceptive and fraudulent. File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Include in your complaints the deceptive "information" they threw at you to convince you.
