Called 877-217-9567Forward Movement Recovery  Spoke with Jon, however Sarah left a message on my boyfriends home phone. According toi Jon I applied and received 2 payday loans via an online application that I did not pay back using a banks account at Wells Fargo which I never had. He stated the name of an employer that I have not been employed with for over 5 years as reference.. I stated I needed a few minutes to research the company. Right away he said that the reviews would be bad. HA the reviews state this is a scam and I totally believe it,  I will not be calling back and if they call again I will pursue leagl action or at least get the word out to the public they are a scam.

    I just got a call from Sarah, too, from 877-405-8128.  I called her back from a different phone, and the agent alleged I took out a payday loan in 2012, and didn't pay it back.  I didn't. I told her I was aware they were a fraudulent company, and told her I'd report the company to the FTC, Texas Attorney General, etc., if they didn't cease and desist.

    I called them back to see how much they alleged that I owed.  They couldn't find my number on file.  I guess the warning worked.

    I've received voicemails the last 3 business days from Sarah lookung for Dari Johnson. The only thing close to my name is the first initial. I finally tried to call back today...after reading numerous complaints, including BBB. Unfortunately they were closed. I'll call timorrow and have some fun, then block their numbers.

    I was contacted today by a man named Ryan stating that I took a loan out from Wells Fargo for $750.00 dollars which is not ture it is fraud and someone has stole my ssi number what can be done with this

    We also have to go to the government page about these people because I worked at an agency they tell you to change your name and sound like a federal agent the number 1-877-418-5471

    I figured it was a scam and blocked their number which was 877-420-1347.

    I got a number from Sarah called back and got john he gave me my last four of ss# which was wrong and he was rude and called me a  liar and hung up on me.
    They are still calling me and now they are calling my uncle which I don't even have his number . How do I make these calls stop.

    I've blocked them and they still keep calling on other numbers

      Write down the other numbers and keep on blocking. That's what I am doing.

    Same here, November 1st and these folks are still at it.. they had my address, email, phone number and last four of social, employer but I didn't give them money

      I am not giving them any information. If they can't provide it u am not giving it. If they are looking for money they should already have that information and should be telling you what they have on file
      DO NOT GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE. NEVER NEVER. If they are looking  for information its because they are looking for anything they can get on you to scam you out of your money.  A reputable collection agency follows the laws for each customers state and will not harrass or threaten you or your family and they conduct themselves on the phone in a courteous, polite manner. These people are Scum and are running a scam.

    this company is a scam... i will be reporting this company to the fraud unit of my state. also they are calling from a 877-459-3625. if you get this call from this number its a scam and hang up or dont answer at all. every year around this time is when all the scams start just like the tax fraud. watch out for that as well.

    They have been hounding me as well. Called my son and said I gave him as a reference to contact on a loan back in 2013. My son just got his number this year in May and I don't owe anyone anything. I didn't take out any loans and I sure as hell wouldn't have put my son down as reference for a loan anyway. These people are nuts and I'm going to turn them in. And let my attorney know as well.

    Received a missed call from 877-459-1491 with this voicemail.“Hello this is Sarah this message is regarding our location and tracing efforts for *my name*dial zero now to speak with a representative or call at 877-459-1491 it is important that we speak with you in regards to their whereabouts if we cannot verify this information through you allows us to contact all references on file if you are unable to provide any information please contact us regardless at 877-459-1491 thank you…” I unfortunately called the number back and because I was skeptical and asking questions the man I was speaking with was rude and trying to be intimidating by speaking down to me and saying things like “ we already have your information. If we were going to do anything bad with it we would have done it already” he also gave me less than 2 hours to call back and make payment arrangements before I was marked as a refusal to pay over a supposed $250 debt from 2014. I asked the company name and he told me they were Forward Movement Recovery from New York. Do yourself a favor and just block the damned number.

    I was receiving calls from “877” numbers and I called them back because they also started calling my husband. Turns out they weren’t even looking for me but another person with the same name. They said they would remove my number and my husband’s number, but then they called my father! I called them again, spoke to a Michelle, and asked that they need to remove any numbers associated with “said” account because they were harassing my family. She was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I called back and a man answered. He pulled up the account with my same name and removed the phone numbers that I said I had an association with.

    Got the same call today. They are a bunch of liars. Don't let them bully you into anything. I told him if he wanted something he could send it to my house via certified mail.

    So I had the same call but they would not give me any information bc they said they don't have that stuff. I dont know what to do bc they won't stop calling me.

    I too got a call from Sarah it sounds like a real person until it says who they are asking for then it sounds like it turns into a computer who says the name. Anyway if there is a class action lawsuit forming I want in!!!!! post any followup info on here if there is already one or one trying to form and I will check back to get the info thanks!!!

    Just received a call from the same "Sara" and returned the call, talked to the same "John" who asked me to verify the last 4 of my social.  I told him I had researched who they were on the web and most entries showed they were a scam operation, he insisted those were from "people like you that don't want to take care of their affairs."  He hung up on me.
