Called 877-217-9567Forward Movement Recovery  Spoke with Jon, however Sarah left a message on my boyfriends home phone. According toi Jon I applied and received 2 payday loans via an online application that I did not pay back using a banks account at Wells Fargo which I never had. He stated the name of an employer that I have not been employed with for over 5 years as reference.. I stated I needed a few minutes to research the company. Right away he said that the reviews would be bad. HA the reviews state this is a scam and I totally believe it,  I will not be calling back and if they call again I will pursue leagl action or at least get the word out to the public they are a scam.

    We received a call from Forward movement recovery yesterday and today from someone named Sarah. Right away I asked them to recover my number. It’s a scam. This isn’t the first time I have received calls like this. I block their the number and they find another way to call me using a different number.These people need to get a life. It’s terrible what they do.

    This number keeps calling for the past 3 weeks, Keeps calling stating that they are looking for someone and needing immediate call back to state the whereabouts on this person. Also asking for personal information.
    Same company called my 80 year old mother asking her for her social Security information and date of birth.

    Received 2 calls from a 661-402-5267 did not answer the 1st was from Sarah saying she was from some recovery system looking for (blank name)  and to call her back at 877-926-1123.. The next call came from the same number and the message said this is Mark and we are looking for (blank name ) if you do not call us back at 877-926-1123 we will use the contacts you gave us... CALLED THE [***] BACK RUDE S.O.B. Said That's not in our Data base.. Give me another number!  Then he said Thank's for wasting my Day! and hung up....Scam-A-LAM-DING-DONG

    They have called me too.  This sounds like a class action law suite.  Add me to the list.

    this company uses  spoofed numbers. this is in clear violation of federal law.  they are a bottom feeding bill collector, at best. otherwise just scum of earth boiler room thugs. if contacted, immediately issue a cease and desist order. verbal is supposed to be sufficient, but an email, mail, or fax is  better.  if they call back in spite of that order, it is an automatic $1000 fine, per call, for harassment.  Then , contact  a law firm  like Lemberg Law, who specializes  in such things.

    These people should be in jail. They call my wife every day saying that my wife took a loan and never paid it and claims to have all the personal information of my wife including social security number. They are steeling information from people and creating a case. I will contact the the state to report them ASAP.

    John Sullivan has attempted to collect money from a debt, He has called numerous of times until I investigated the Company/Reviews and I hung the phone up in his face. He then gotten mad and left a unprofessional voicemail as if I owed Him. I am filing this with BBB.

    John just called and got mad when I denied owing anything. I told him to send paperwork, but he hung up the phone. I called back and he said if i called again he would claim harassment, but yet he was the one calling asking me for money. He was a disrespectful jerk.

    Hello everyone, I received the same information on my cell phone. No one can collect from anyone unless they have a legit reason and if you reason documents in the mail showing legal documentation. All complaints should be made directly through https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt&panel1-1
    You can report it to the BBB but that's only if its a legit company and your not happy with there services and want your money back. They won't really do anything except file your complaint regarding that particular company.

    The number Sarah used was an area code starting with 209 from Modesto and threatened me in the voicemail. I blocked both numbers. The number she informed me to call back on was 1-866-861-8791

    I just received a call from Amanda who said this call will be recorded for quality assurance. Amanda stated to confirm who I am she needs to confirm the last for of my SS# and said no and she said we can't go any further and she hung up. LoL... SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
