I got an SMS from Airtel that if I recharge for Rs.49 I will receive the SMS pack value RS.2000. I went and recharged to 49rs and immediately received a SMS that my SMS pack will be activated in 48 hours.
When in 48 hours I didn't receive the promised pack I called their customer service. A representative told me that my number is not in their database. I thought I call again because obviously it was a mistake and I thought their system had a temp. glitch.
I called again, this time they told me the promotion has expired. But how come I received an SMS that my pack will be activated in 48 hours???

I took a mobile connection, of 998 ruppes rental for an year. with that came hell lot of things like "airtel live" called a free service..
Still not being sure of that free of cost, I called up Airtel's illitrate representatives , who kept forwarding my call here and there,... finally i got to speak to so-called llitrate rep. He dint have any damn idea about any free service ... after much force from my side. he told me, whatever is chrgeable, will be comunicated to me with the start of using... I used airtel-live for only 3-4 times.... but with the first bill there were usage shown for every second for hours... wow!!! who has that speed to work upon that [***].... and got over 500 rs bill for the same. excluding calls bill of almost 600 rs.
Also they told me I had downloaded one song called "jaane kya ho gaya" types.. wow..!!!

After that I called airtel rep again to complain.. they asked me to pay the bill which I feel is correct, I then paid over 600 bucks for my calls usage.
but with that I asked them to block that card as I dint want to let airtel learn after making me fool.
they took days to disconnect services for that card. now after almost 2-3 months they are asking me to pay the rest of the amount...
and irritating me every now and then moreover they use very disgusting language with females also.
They must first search in their database what crap they have had done with me, before speaking [***] with somebody.

Im Using Airtel Demo.. Last month se Mere Airtel Number is Ek rupya nahi kat raha hai jab ke Mai Laakho ke SMS kar chuka hoo
International bhi aur 10 Rupaye wala SMS bhi

Agar aise hi paisa kamana hai to apni ma aur bahen ko kothe pe bitha de isase jyada kamayega.
Iam facing a very strange problem,
Whenever they want they deduct Rs 15 from my balance.
Sometimes trice a day & will send message that Rs 15 was deducted for your last download.Now what to say.
