I got an SMS from Airtel that if I recharge for Rs.49 I will receive the SMS pack value RS.2000. I went and recharged to 49rs and immediately received a SMS that my SMS pack will be activated in 48 hours.

When in 48 hours I didn't receive the promised pack I called their customer service. A representative told me that my number is not in their database. I thought I call again because obviously it was a mistake and I thought their system had a temp. glitch.

I called again, this time they told me the promotion has expired. But how come I received an SMS that my pack will be activated in 48 hours???

    i m regchare with RC64 on 30-10-09 on 8:45pm for 1paisa/sec but after that my call rate changes to 1 rupee/min ,i launch the complent against that to customer care they give me reference no.and told me ur proble would be solve within three days i .e 3-nov-09 but my problem dosen't sovle whe i call customer care agaist they told me u was not done any rechare with rc64 i m socked when i call customer care that day they told it would be done and today they said u nt done any rechared my all data vanished by customer care i wnt to lunce the complaint against customer care ...how they do like that to customer i a in truble by airtel the coustmer care are all froudes if any proble was nt solve by them they vanish their data while he unable to lunch complent again wht abt my request numer why they given to me i can'nt understand whn i said to custumer care they said it not valid but i have the massegeif u check my log u can find that....how to solve my proble i m in truble ..i hate airtel from that day i have 6 airtel number but after that i wnt close all the connection airtel is froud...
