I got an SMS from Airtel that if I recharge for Rs.49 I will receive the SMS pack value RS.2000. I went and recharged to 49rs and immediately received a SMS that my SMS pack will be activated in 48 hours.

When in 48 hours I didn't receive the promised pack I called their customer service. A representative told me that my number is not in their database. I thought I call again because obviously it was a mistake and I thought their system had a temp. glitch.

I called again, this time they told me the promotion has expired. But how come I received an SMS that my pack will be activated in 48 hours???

    i had gprs pack of 98rs. but they were the only network who is providing 2 to 6KBps maximum. where as other networks are providing minimum 15KBps.

    they are cheaters, they are bustards
