I only authorized for you to send a trial for FREE. Now I received a $25 fee and a second UNAUTHORIZED shipment. I will have this removed. I will proceed to get my money back from this SCAM.

    Are You Serious?

While in the process of signing up to receive the free trial, I read the "Terms and Conditions" and decided to instead make my purchase at a local store such as GNC for various reasons, which I have quickly noticed to be pointless for me to go into after reading some of these posts.

I am in no way affiliated with this company whatsoever, so really there's no reason for me to stick up for them; however, I thought it necessary to post a response to all of these people who have complained for such senseless reasons, i.e., subsequent credit card charges.  What this really equates to is human stupidity.

Here's why I refer to this nonsense as stupidity: Read the small print; read the labels.  Don't complain because you were too lazy or incompetent to see that, for instance, if you order the free trial not only will you be charged S & H fees, you will also be charged for unaltered consecutive orders until you make a phone call and cancel--stated in English and within 18 days might I add!

Get an education people!  I want to hear valid complaints that are worthwhile and uncontrollable; instead, most of these supposed constructive criticisms were a complete waste of my time: Not only did I waste the time to read them, It got me so upset that I have now wasted the time to type a response that will most likely go over your seemingly uneducated heads.

I rub Lumiday on my nipples and it always gives me a sense of well being too. I won't say where else I rub it because I'm a lady, but I will say it rhymes with hit.

Dont tell me you are not afiliated with this company because anyone that reads your post can tell you are touting their practices. This company COUNTS on people NOT reading the fine print. I got caught in this same scam (different product) and I have a Doctorate and a very good career.
Dont tell us you have nothing to do with this company. After reading your missive I am convinced you must be the company president. Ed

My take on  'Are You Serious?'

The ads for this seem to good to be true. "If it seems to be too good..."
I have read enough scams to have recognize one the instant I start reading it.

Note two lines in your comments:
      1. "I am in no way affiliated with this company whatsoever..."
      2. "I want to hear valid complaints that are worthwhile and uncontrollable..."

Note the two "I " statements.

My conclusion: I am in no way going to get involved with this company.

Thanks for straightening people out.  I cancelled subscription after two days even though not yet received sample product.  I got caught on one of these merry-go-rounds before.

This company was really nice to me.  I saw the fine print so I called and they extended the time before another shipment came to 90 days.  All you have to really do is call, and send the stuff back.  If that doesn't work, call your bank.  Not that huge a deal.

    Know Better Now
I received a bill for an order 14 days into my free trial. I called to cancel and was told to return the next shipment with RMA #108339. I did exactly that and after 2 months when I did not get a credit back I called and they only credited me $40. I called to request the remaining $34.98 due and they told me to take it up with the post office, as they had never received the returned medicine. If they did not receive it, why were they willing to credit me the $40.00? Because they know that no one will take the time, trouble and expense to recover $34.98. Lumiday is a scam and I associate GNC with this scam because they allow their name to be used with it. I hope no one does business with GNC or Lumaday. They are dishonest and deserve to be out out of business!
