@Darwin "worked for big pharma and they can't be trusted" ??? Is your dep/anx then perhaps because you took their money, paid for your life style an will probably a major part of your retirement/pension/401k. What a hypocrite you are. I have spent my entire career, 21 years, and while far, far, far from perfect, if tomorrow you get a belly ache that you can't resolve WHO YOU GONNA CALL? The local shaman, the priest, or go to a wholistic medicine quack??? Yeah, not likely. You'll probably get your sorry ass to the nearest ER where the entire medical operation is provided by the good services of researchers who work for evil, greedy, big pharma. Talk about common sense, at least pharma products have to show a minimum amount of data documenting safety and efficacy. Nutritional supplements, on the other hand, have no control and could contain elements that damage multiple organs. In a pharma product at least you have full disclosure of what has been shown in human trials. You people given to these food supplements that make medical claims have no ideal of the potential damage you could be doing to your body's filtering systems, namely, liver and kidneys.
These nutritional supplements can give you a placebo effect but they not meet the demands of a scientific trial, namely, showing efficacy versus plaebo. If they did some greedy pharma company would have snapped it up like they did with fish oil and niacin.
Now if I had a terminal illness, I would try anything, but what are your options then? But if are suffering mood disorders, you want to convince me that there are safer alternatives than the old SSRIs, Prozac, zoloft or paxil? Or some of these new dual neurotransmiter inhibitors? Oh wait, it's a government conspiracy and the results showing that they kill people.
Just because this country has more lawyers than it has people and just because over 50% of these lawyersvare ambulance chasers trying to convince you that if you took a drug and now have morbid conditions, to what would we account similar deaths for the past 6000 years prior to the proliferation of chemical compounds???
Do you wanna know why evil pharma is able to make obscene profits and appear to only be out for the money??? Because over 50% of you reading this post has what a goof physician friend calls trough to mouth disease. You are probably hypertensive, diabetic or pre-diabetic, have high cholesterol, G.I. Problems and depression be ause you are one og 50% of Americans who are over 50% your ideal weight? Do you know what's the best drug to bring your blood sugar under control? 15 lb weight loss ask Chris Rembold, MD, a member of the U. Of Virginia's cardiology faculty. That second person made up of adipose tissue you carry around makes you, diabetic...diabetes leads to heart, kidney and skin problems... Heart problems manifest as hypertension or high cholesterol which translates into strokes and heart attacks. Because you eat so much junk your gastrointestinal track is always in a fritz and because your blood sugar is high and you're insulin resistant, you feel like [***]. That can make you behave as if you were a lazy employee, a disinterested spouse, an aloof parent or child? Why? Because all your energy is going towards you just staying awake during the day secondary to poor sleep due sleep apnea. You're don't feel sexy, so you hate those who are and that depress you even more. So your anxiety and depression worstens. Big pharma only got to be so big, because you eat too damned much not because they're evil. Medicines arevdesigned to mainly treat those whose morphology won't cooperate despite their best efforts to be healthy on their own. If you were at your ideal body mass index you might need a smidgen of this or that as you age, look at your grandparents. The advances of modern medicine are wonderful because assuming youre not a slob, medicines can resolve issues that our ancestors had no answers to despite their best efforts. My grandmother died at 62 of a massive stroke in 1962 and the rotors, rather than treating her hypertension, treated her headaches. Today that would never happen. In the old days somebody who suffered of mood disorder had to spend their whole lives being told to snap out of it and to pull oneself by ones boot straps... Today you have these wonderful meds that can correct that. But, if you have an extra 15 to any number of pounds parasitically robbing you of who you are, don't blame pharma products. The chemical adjustment is supposed to be just that a tweak not a cure.

Big pharma is only big pharma because big chances are that you are a bigger you than necessary... If this rant doesn't apply to you, God bless you as you seek to get better. Key to your health, if you're already healthy, a good doctor who stays informed. If your doctor does not give time to good pharma reps to keep him/her up on the latest and greatest, trust me, he/she is not in the cutting edge of medicine. And brilliant as your doctor or thinks he is, he could read 24x7x365 on everything hitting the wires about medicine and he would be consistently 2 to 3 years behind curve.

Thanks for the information regarding this product. I went through this Same thing with Video Professor, my Bank reversed the charges, but I had to close my account and change my card, It was a hassle. I don't know why these people are not busted, and and forced out of business. I still see the Video Professor ads on TV with the same offer, and it's been a couple of years now. I think they collect the card numbers and sell them to people overseas. i recently had a call from my bank wanting to know if I made a purchase in Paris France for $2500 at a jewelery store , I've never been to Paris France, They thanked me and took care of the matter.I have long since Vidio Professor not given my card number for any purchases , online or over the phone, unless I know who I am specifically doing business with, and even then I am careful , and reluctante. That's why I am checking this product out first. Got some good information here thanks

The libs continue to bash the conservative view because libs are God haters.  They are angry at God because He is against murdering unborn babies,  is against the homosexual agenda like same sex marriage and all the other abominations that the liberals stand for.  In the end, even they will bow to Jesus Christ.

Any company which offers a free product and requires you to give your credit card is a scam.  One shouldn't have to scope out miniscule hidden print to discover you've AUTOMATICALLY been "enrolled" in a perpetual program.  This should be illegal.  It should be an "opt in" feature,

But of course no company would do this because most people won't sign up unless they're forced to.  A fair rule would require that the type size of the "automatic enrollment" notice be no smaller than the largest text size in the ad.   That would solve the problem.

As it stands, it is deliberate obfuscation.   And it is wrong.

Coming across forums like this simply remind one of how simple-minded and lazy a large portion of our society is. People! It is abundantly clear in wording what the free trial costs and that you will be enrolled in an monthly auto ship unless you cancel. If you cannot read, do not have basic reasoning skills nor common sense, you should not be playing around online.

Oh and Pat, I'm going on the assumption that there is probably nothing wrong with the product itself. I'm basing that on the absolute lack of any bad reviews regarding the product. Three pages of people ranting about not getting something for free and "fine print" but nothing about ill side effects, etc. I'll  apply my reasoning skills and give the product a try.

I bought mine from GNC with my Gold card for $55 today.  1st day so far I have not noticed any major mood changes. It's Friday so I'm excited as usual :-)

I'm giving it a try and will finish my bottle.  If it works... then it's worth it. If it doesn't? I've just only lost $55.

You are so wrong. These internet marketing schemes prey on people by abusing the 'fine print'. They offer a 'free sample' and then want to charge your credit card. They are out for one thing only and that is your money. The sad thing about it is they they are disguising themselves as caring and wanting to support people with their issues. These companies represent bottom feeders. Fortunately their techniques are getting a lot of publication and fewer people will be caught out by their misleading advertising and fine print trickery.
Rule of thumb. Do net offer up your credit card information to any offer that is offering 'free' samples.

Whether you are an idiot for not reading the fine print or not is not even relevant.  Why do we have such poor business integrity in this country?  And if the product is of high quality and genuine in its claims, why do you need to have such a policy that preys on people who don't read the fine line or forget 18 days have passed,etc...?  Isn't producing a great product insurance enough that the demand will be there?  You don't have to be Republican or Democratic to be without integrity.  Let's stop the madness people!

just go to the drug store and buy multi vits and other suppliments but read first always about the suppliments. lumiday is a scam to get your credit card numbers and keep billing you. problem, state governments are non functional about really doing something to stop these scams. call your credit card co and shut down that card immediately. if they want to reimburse you they can send a check to you. fat chance. I will never rent a car again. the car rental co.  once they have your credit card numbers they bill for so many different things your head will spin. if somone breaks into the car now they have a field day with billing. auto rental co have surpassed the mafia for sure.

Wow. I agree with you. I don't get to say that very often, but this time, I agree. I think that if you are complaining about the efficacy of a product then say nothing about weather or not it worked or was helpful then not only have you not spoken on the topic of efficacy but you have also wasted the time of every person who came here to find out if this product is worthwhile. Although I do not think I have ever read the Terms and Conditions portion of any document for sheer laziness I do believe that this is the wrong forum for that discussion and also since they did technically ask your permission to send and charge you for what you received it can not be classified as a scam. However if the person who wrote this post reads mine, I have an account with YahooAnswers.com, name xxJustMe17xx, message me sometime, I would love to have a conversation with a person who could actually hold up their end. Everyone have a nice day and my suggestion is to start reading more carefully the paperwork given to you by those who posses you credit card number.

You write very well. Most people these days no longer find use or beauty in the English language, however, when one constructs a sentence well it can be wonderful. If only more people would carry themselves with more elegance in writing and take more pride in their words maybe more wars would be ended with civilized conversations and less would be started with "imma pop a cap in ya azz". A hundred years ago everyone spoke so beautify, now however, when I tell someone they dangled a preposition they check their zipper. It is quite sad really, even if people aren't going to speak properly simply because it is easier or sounds more natural to them it wouldn't hurt if they at least knew how. So back to my point, thank you for giving me something to read that leaves me thinking about what you are saying and not wondering what it is you meant to say.
