    HI, I PURCHASED LUMIDAY AT GNC.   I WAS IN A DEPRESSION AND I DID NOT SEE
    ANY BAD REVIEWS OR BAD EFFECTS SO I FIGURED THAT I WOULD TRY IT.   AFTER TAKING IT FOR 3 DAYS I HAD THE WORSE SERVERE DEPRESSION THAT I HAD EVER SUFFERED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.  IT WAS SO BAD THAT I WAS VERY WORRIED THAT I MIGHT DO SOMETHING TO MYSELF SO I STOPPED TAKING IT.   I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT I WAS THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS EFFECT OR WAS THERE OTHERS AND THEY WERE REMOVED.   ANY ONE WANTING TO REPLY PLEASE DO.  THANK YOU.    IRWIN

      Hi, my name is Eugenia. Just writing to let you know I felt the same. I took lumiday five times and realized it was making me worse. I felt more depressed, lazy, and over all felt very weird.

      This is definitely a scam. I only wanted to try the 14 day trial for 4.99. Well the pills didn't help at all so I decided I wouldn't order again and they charged my bank card 74.98 just out of nowhere. I'm going to try and get my money back. Please be cautious when ordering online. I'm just going to start going to the health store!

    thanks guys. I suffer from depression that is not allowing me to finish any task for my work. needed some help and while searching over the internet I found Lumini and was about to get to this free trial trick. but luckily i decided to do more search and ended up here and the info you guys bring is very valuable to me. I don't need another reason to be more depressed. Thanks for all the advice you guys. I appreciate it very much!

    because I had another company get me on tooth whitening, I did read the fine print. I waited until I received the frasee shipment called and cancelled the 69.99 a month but they made me such a deal, I really couldn't refuse. I get the product for $34.99 no shipping or other BS and the product has worked very well for me,I have COPD which is why I take lummiday. It contains ashwagandha root which reduces inflammation, a major component in COPD. I heard about in aqn online forum for Copd sufferers. I have the moderate to severe version , I had nothingt to lose by trying  since there is no cure. I could not be happier with the results. I breathe better, I feel better and I look better. It took about two weeks for the benefits to start to  kick in and it, after 4 months , just keeps getting better and better. I now go several hours a day without my oxygen (from 24/7)and I wake up feeling good which I haven't done in several years. I all ready take zoloft and the St, John;s Wort gives it a boost, hence the better mood. However, you really should talk with your Dr. about combining 2 ant-depressents as there is a condit ion called seritonin storms  that can be fatal if you get too much seritonion re-uptake going. Anyway, the company has been good to me and the product5 worked for me.  I did teach customer service for a major company for 10   years so I do know how to get what I want. You get nothing but sand bagged if you are nasty, more flies with honey than vinegar, remember that? It works. Good luck and now that you know tyhe pitfalls yu can safely order because ytour know how to deal with the company and you can beat them at their own game.  The customer service reps are not doing a scam, they are just like you and I, people doing their job.  Sonnie R.

    We that complaint about this scam and, that's what this product is, should do something about it . Like a Class Action yeah, that's what we should do. Lets get all together and find a Lawyer and bring the SOB to court. I'm willing. I had to see my Doctor because I use it and I thought I was going blind.

    These aren't exactly miracle pills you're getting overcharged. Just buy the supplements individually and you'll get your moneys worth. It's just 5-Htp, St Johns Wort, L- Theanine, Rhodiola Rosea and Ashwagandha Root. Lumiday is like $60 or something I think. Each of the supplements that are included in Lumiday cost like $5-10 each online. You can save A LOT of money if you just buy the supplements individually. I always make my own herbal cocktails, besides you can figure out what dosage works best for you that way too instead of going with the default lumiday dosage. It's not like they're dosage is going to work for everybody. There are so many other herbs too that they aren't giving you. Like Gotu Kola, LevoDopa, Valerian Root, etc etc you want to get into holistic meds GET into them, don't go to these scam artists. IMO anybody affiliated with GNC is a scam artist anyway, GNC is a disgusting company. Scam Scam scam scam scam scam rip rip rip rip off artists! Peace out!

      Matt get a clue yeah there are the 5 things you listed, and 10 bucks each witch you are not going to find comes out to the same amount of money. Also with lumiday you get 5 dif b vitamins and some other ones two.  Buy a calculator.

    Oh yeah INOSITOL people!!! It is a miracle supplement, no joke! Scientific autopsy studies of people who had depression, anxiety and other mental illness' showed that they had a deficiency of B8(inositol) in their brains. It may take a while to work for some, maybe sooner for others, but it's highly effective.
