I only authorized for you to send a trial for FREE. Now I received a $25 fee and a second UNAUTHORIZED shipment. I will have this removed. I will proceed to get my money back from this SCAM.

Here's a little trick that has saved me a ton of money when ordering products like Lumiday (either online or from a radio ad).   Use a disposable credit card.  The kind you buy at Wal-Mart which you can pre-load yourself.  Just load only the amount you want to spend for the product.  Then, after the 14 day "trial" period, when they try to "charge" your card, it will be declined.  They won't get your money, and you don't have to hassle with sending the unwanted product back.

Or search on them in advance.

If they are cramming and scamming, you will often find complaints.
Horseapples in your stocking doesn't mean you're getting a pony.

For all those who didn't bother to read the terms and conditions on their website:
"Terms and Conditions: Click the "Rush My Sample" button at right to receive a 14-day trial of Lumiday. Pay only shipping and handling today and have no obligation to buy anything in the future as long as you call to cancel within 18 days after the date you place your order. (This allows 4 days shipping and processing plus your 14 day trial period). To cancel, call 1-877-556-5864. If you don't cancel within the next 18 days, you will be automatically enrolled in the Lumiday Auto-Ship Program. Begining at the end of the trial period and about every 30 days thereafter, we will send you a one month supply of Lumiday for the highly discounted rate of $69.99 plus $4.99 for shipping and handling, automatically charged to the card you provide today. Cancel any time."

I noticed, on the GNC website, they are selling the same bottle for $69.99 and if you sign up for their Gold Card membership ($15 for 1 year) you get Lumiday for $55.99.  Member pricing is actually not bad.  "Save 20% the day you join and the first seven days of the month for an entire year on our already low prices in stores and at gnc.com.*"

So, I guess it really boils down to whether or not you believe the product works.  I haven't tried it yet, but I'd be willing to take the "Trial" period (using a prepaid debit card) and if I get positive results, purchase the product from GNC online for $55.99 instead of the MFG's "discounted rate" of $69.99.

    some background.
It's just a bunch of B vitamins, D3, 5-HTP, Theanine, St. John's Wort, Rhodiola Rosea, Ashwagandha, and a couple other herbs.  Supplements aren't typically expensive to order separately, should you wish to control individual levels.  All are supplements known to affect mood.  You can look them up on Wiki.  There are other mood conditions for which you might want additional or a different mix, like possibly higher niacin or nicotinamide.

Be aware that various supplements have varying half-lifes.

Amino acids and related substances tend to wash out relatively quickly, within a few hours, proceeding down their various metabolic pathways.  Herbal supplements typically have multiple components and effects, with differing half-lifes, and may produce different side effects with prolonged use.  Some of these effects can vary with the source (e.g. Ashwaganda can vary depending on what valley in India it's grown in).

As for whether it helps you, that will depend on what you are dealing with, and particularly whether you have vitamin deficiencies that it fills, or whether you have problems from side effects.

If you can't trust ordering from other sources, you might order through Amazon.

In addition, replies to some background.
Check for possible interactions between herbal supplements and anyr prescription drugs you may be taking, or even caffeine or other xanthines from coffee, chocolate, or energy drinks.

Just because it's "natural", "herbal", or "a supplement" doesn't mean it can't have some unwanted interaction, either suppressing or accentuating the effect of some prescription drug you may be taking.

And of course file a complaint with the FDA  that the product did not perform as advertised , they are selling to an open market then they should have a product that works for an open market and they do not.  well get a jury of 12 and see if it works.

You also way want to file in small claims court  I am sure answering 100s or 1000s of small claims courts cases will make there day.

When you call to cancel they will give you a discount.  Most companies with subscriptions do this.
