I am in the Justice System right here in AMERICA, do not give any information to these punks. Do not return their calls, nor provide them with any information over the phone. THEY PREY ON HARD WORKING AMERICANS, AND DESERVE TO BE PUNISHED!

    I received a phone call at my work earlier today from a gal who advised me that I would be served with papers if I did not call them within two hours. When I got home for lunch, I had a message on my home phone (at my grandmothers house) from this same woman with a southern accent advising me that I had one hour to call her back. I called back the number she gave me and a woman answered the phone (wasnt the same one that called me earlier.) She asked for my "case number" which I provided. She then asked for the last four of my social and my date of birth. I said: "before I give you this information, I would like to know what type of company this is." She said something about how it was a "litigation" service or something to that effect and once again requested the last four of my social to verify my identity. I said that I did not feel comfortable giving out the last four of my social because i did not know who they were and was about to request that they send me written notice verifying the debt within five days as per federal law. She cut me off and said: "well, I already HAVE your whole ssn here in front of me" I said: "I dont care.." she cut me off again and then hung up. I called back a second time and someone else answered. I asked the woman-"what is the purpose of this business?" She stated that they were a litigation. I gave her my name and said: "please do not contact me at my place of employment" she got mad and started screaming at me! Then I advised that I would be calling the FTC. She hung up.
    I called back AGAIN to advise not to call my place of employment as I sit right next to the GM (didnt think they got the message that I did not wish to be contacted at my work.) I said who I was and started to place my request but she cut me off saying: "This is the third time you've called. We are going to file harassment charges if you call here again." and hung up on me.
    I reported them to the FTC. That is what EVERYONE needs to do so that they can investigate these people.

      I received a call on my boyfriend's phone voicemail stating that I commited a fraud.  The lady's name is. Linda Miller From ACS OFFICES. THE NUMBER IS 855-858-8139.. I remember About 4 years ago this company called my job ..I thought I owed so I faxed them a copy of my Driver's License and a copy of voided check which I gave them the numbers over the phone prior ..which I should have known that was a red flag then..after a week I called to see if they sent the confirmation letter out and the phone number was no longer in service.  I felt like a fool and scammed out of 250.00..Please I hope this dont happen to no one else.  The owner is Jason Ellington ..Please could u give me the number of the FTC ..Becuz u r right ..they act like that cX9ant give out their information but they would say anything on a voicemail that's suppose to be confidential ...

    ACS called my mom yesterday and left a personal voicemail on our answering machine stating that she had  to contact their office immediately because she defrauded a bank and she would be given a summons. If she didn't call back he said he would find her. My mom is 65 years old she was very upset! So we called back and we spoke with a lady and she asked for my mom's social and date of birth. What I don't understand is how they got our home telephone number. These people are crazy!! We will call the FTC!

    ACS Offices contacted me on 7/27/2012 stating, I had a warrant to be placed on me for an old debt. It just so happened I received my credit report on 7/26/2012 and as they were talking I was reviewing my file. No such debt listed for payment. These ppl claimed to be processors for a legal state law office. What triggered my intuition was some of the information they tried to confirm on me was incorrect and I could tell the excitement in the person voice when she thought I was going to give her a credit card #. BEWARE OF ANY CALLS RELATED TO THIS OFFICE OR ANT OTHER OFFICE STATING THEY ARE FROM THE LEGAL DEPT AND YOU ARE BEING WARRANTED FOR PAST DEBT. SCAM< SCAM< SCAM....

    The same thing  happened to my mother in law today (as Mackayla post)  they called staying my husband had a warrant for an old debt.  They use the words 'summons', 'warrant', 'case #' as a scare tactic...and why they are calling somewhere that we havent lived in over 20 yrs is beyond me.  They are horrible, hateful and mean!  Definatly beware it is a scam and DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION AT ALL...IN FACT HANG UP!  I too have called and am filing a complaint with FTC.

    I have had  ms Crawford calling me stating she would seize my car and serve me. She stated she would see me in court. Should I worry??

        Thats right ..these people are full of crap .. this lady from acs stated that she would contact the proper authorities and would be with them on my doorstep.     I called and someone kept hanging up
        on me ..dumb [***] ..

          Linda Miller is her name with the slurred southern speech ...I found out they changes the number every two years because of complaints ..

    They just called me. the number given was 855-877-7769. When i called it said it was acs. And press one for an agent. They called stating i was being sued for a fraudulent charge that my ex hub swears we paid. Years ago. Please beware and be careful.

    Okay, I just received a call from this company 1-877-858-3513 about loan that they said I owed. They have been calling my mother and aunt's telephone looking for me. I call them back and went head to head with one of their so call agent. The person that threating me with the arrest warrant was name Janice Rodriquez.

    I received a call by an African American chick name Ashley this chick went way left field talking about summons and they was looking for me and that I was getting served to appear in that [***] day....im still waiting on it they haven't called me since that day she left a # as 888-213-7501.

      Oh yes, I talked to that chick named Ashley.  Rude B***h!  She thought she was going to talk over me but I read, wrote, and erased her(by hanging up on her) First, I told her I didn't appreciate someone calling my father in law posing as a detective and threatening to issue a warrant if I didn't pay them.   She started talking loud and trying not to allow me to talk so I just said you know what, I don't have to talk to you...click up.  I did call back and talk to a nicer guy named Chris and I told him to send me this info in writing and called his bluff asking him to "mail the summons to me"  He claimed I was in violation of 3-10, Article 2, Paragraph B (lol) He claimed that this meant I was trying to defraud a financial institution.  They represent pay day loan companies but I havent taken out a pay day loan in almost ten years and I work for a financial institution for over ten years and have direct deposit, so how can I be accused of defrauding a loan?  Scam and scare tactic is all.  I am going to report them and I pray to God that the "detective" calls me so I can get his info and file a complaint with the police department for this dude posing as a detective of the law. the number came up as 866-719-3798.  BTW.. what detective gives an 888 number instead of his name and number..red flag!

    I Just received a call from them today. The person that I spoke with his name was Conner Shaw. These people are very threatening. When I told them I would have my lawyers call them they told me go ahead. These people will Teuton scare you into giving up your money. Do not fall for it. Call their bluff the same as they are calling yours.

    I just received a message from an agent Shaw sounded like a female stating that I have a breach of contract and defrauding checks. And that I needed to call legal at 8558642932 regarding case number 1240369 and that I have been notified and I have one hour to contact for a release. I was flipping out because I have legal issues going on but the case number didn't match anything in my records...I called and it said acs offices. Looked online and no law or legal offices under that name. And also law enforcement would not be as rude and would send mailing of any case on file as well as checking your local county courthouse.

    Also rcvd a call or actually several calls from ACS offices,....
    Claiming they will find me and bring me in
    That they will sue me for defrauding a financial institution
    And they will come to my job and home
    I asked for a written validation letter and they said no
    And evaded all questions
    Their names are jason elington and jessica dickerson.
    They also toute they use and have an legal outsource dept
    And claimed I owe 590.00 ..
    I have never rcvd in the mail from them a letter of Intent to sue..

    How can these people continue to operate and not be shut down
    By the federal gov.

    I got the same call at my job stating the same thing about litigation, sending the local authorities after me, and I owed over $900.  I played their game and they claim the only way I could resolve the matter was to give them my credit card number to make the payment.  I didn't but told them I would call back in 30 mins.  I filed a complaint the federal gov.

    I received a call today from this company threatening legal action if I did not return a call. I called to find out what it was about, but they could not give me any information until I gave them personal data, which I did not. "Tonya" finally gave me the SS# they had on file, which was nothing like mine. They hung up on me several times when I called back for details and refused to give me a business address so that I could send a do not contact request. They refused to give me any mailing or business address. "Michael Sims" was the last person I talked to there. Do not give out any information to this company. I am trying to find the proper authorities to report this scam.
