I am in the Justice System right here in AMERICA, do not give any information to these punks. Do not return their calls, nor provide them with any information over the phone. THEY PREY ON HARD WORKING AMERICANS, AND DESERVE TO BE PUNISHED!

    So I have been receiving calls from this place. I thought they had the wrong number. Well they did, but they didn't. They called me because a friend used me as a reference on something. I informed the man that I no longer had contact with this individual and calling me would yield no results. Well he hung up on me, and I did call back. Why because I want these calls to stop I don't owe them anything. The same person that I spoke to answered the phone again, but he used a different name and tried to play games when i mentioned him hanging up on mw. This time he got snappy, I returned a rude remark and I hung up. This guy called again. I answered and hung up a few times. It has been 1 hour since the first call today and he is still calling back. 1-866-850-3712 is the "office" number, but if you get under that scammers skin like i did you will then start to receive calls from an unknown number. If this group gives you a call put them on your block list and dont answer!

    I have received several calls and it is always a recorded message that if I don't call them today and give them a statement they will enter one for me and have me arrested blah blah blah. I have been receiving the same call for a few weeks now. I guess they haven't entered my statement. I have filed complaints with the Attorney General's office in my state and with Federal Trade Commission. I finally called them back today to get a name to add to my complaint. I also asked them for a fax number and they said they didn't have one. What kind of a legitimate company doesn't have a fax? She gave me an email address but when I asked for their mailing address she asked me for my case number but I didn't have it so she wouldn't give it to me and hung up.

    They called and threatened a raid on my home in pursuit of someone that I don't even know. I said they were welcome to come by, asked what they would like to eat while they were explaining exactly what they were doing here to my attorney and the cops. I thought it was funny, but they didn't laugh. I reported it to the FTC.

    ACS on this number just called me 1 (855) 374-3990... Left a nasty message about check fraud and that I will be summons at my place of employment or my house. I was given that number to call but after reading all these complaints... THIS IS FRAUD! Any recommendations on what I should do?

    Got a call from 630-489-9953 stating I was being served court papers due to check fraud. Left a number of 855-748-2871. Turned out to be ACS Offices. Gave them case # and they wanted me to verify last 4 of social. Told them I'd rather not. Asked for birthday. Told them rather not. Their response was hanging up on me. Anyways called back and got a different person saying had defaulted on payday loan in 2007(I did due to illness and time missed from work was 4 months unpaid). Never received a letter to collect it since then. Anyways I told them to furnish proof of debt and then I would take to attorney to get opinion on what to do with it. Was told then that summons will be proof. Told him threatening me was violation of FDCPA. That really ticked him off. He flew off the handle then and said I didn't know what I was talking about. Told him that per statue of limitations in florida he cant do anything after 5 years. He of course said I was wrong. Then told me enjoy my day in court and hung up. Reported them to state attorney and ftc.

    Number has been changed to 1-866-901-3328. They called looking for ex daughter in law. Tried to tell them she didn't live her and the [***] said "what's your point" that's when the not so nice side went off on his ass.........called again today and called the above number and told whoever the super was to remove my number...

    They have been calling my mother they even listed my license plate number on her caller ID. They called from 855 820 8104 X 354. The lady who I spoke with is  Ms. Dawson who was African American. She said they were filing a theft by deception in my county. It was for bank of America. She also stated that I could seek legal aid to get an attorney. Should I be worried about this.

    Hi to all,
    I received a call from an unknown number about a debt by deception and breach of contract. When i call back its ACS Offices and i hung up. Is it something i should be worried about or its a scam, reading the posts above i do feel little better but im still in the air. Thank you

    I rcd a call from 866 802 4558 african am lady x 398. Said if I didnt call her by end off day to resolve matter she was going to file proceedings? Scam?

    I got a call with "no caller ID" since I block all unknown numbers. The message the woman left gave no details as to what she was calling about only said it's a legal matter and I will be served at my residence or place of employment. When I called back the number she left on the message 866-457-1739 it said it was ACS Offices but I hung up after hearing that.

    so I got one of these voice mails today and yeah it is pretty scary but full knowing i don't write checks i knew this was bogus.. the woman had a accent and used the name bevelry she stated i needed to contact law enforcement for i have a bad check and will be served with phyiscal papers and then stated i needed to call her back with the case number, she stated she was from ACS offices....so i googled if it truly were a law enforcement or law firm they would address as such and not give me a 866 number to call...  needless to say i wont be calling them nor worrying about it..i hope they catch these scamers

      the number i got was 1866 466 9832 beverly was her name.. in the back ground you can hear alot of calls in the back..also if they were a real agency they would have real umbers and have real cops serve papers.

    I got a message from a Black woman with a very rude demeanor about a check I wrote, the number was 866-761-6149. Very rude and said I was being Prosecuted obviously fraud. Saying things like they will arrest me at work and home and I have been officially served. This is ridiculous I never applied for any loans.

    Got a call from 866-453-9106. They have called anyone with the same last name as me trying to get information. They have harassed my family members. I spoke with a lady and she said I got a payday loan through CMG Services in Dec 2010 and that they were going to take me to court. I said that isn't mine I have never gotten a loan, she asked if I have ever used the email Candy@yahoo.com or lived at some address.. The answer is no to both. She said well I am offering you a settlement to keep it out of court that you can pay today. I said why would I pay something that isn't mine. She goes well its in your name, I said that's great but it isn't mine. She said then go to court and hung up. These people need to get a life and stop bugging hard working people and anyone they know.

    My minor son got a call on his cell phone "stating that the police were coming to get his mom and that he would have a mom anymore" and let a number for call back. I called back...they was rude and when I explained to her that it was against the law to contact a minor in our state which my son has voicemail and you can tell he is a kid, she said she didn't care. When I asked for the debt in writing, she refused and when I asked for physical address where I could send a money, she only wanted my visa number. Told her I was not giving it to her, she said she would make sure my bank account gets closed down and they would me in court. She was a black lady. I told I was calling the state attorney's office and fbi. She hung up.  They are using the number 1866 459 5948

    I had a call from these people yesterday and today they called my daughter-in-law with a similar threatening message for me. Yesterday it had something to do with my having breached a legal agreement;  today it was a bank draft. I have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. The number they called from is 855-782-6291.
