I am in the Justice System right here in AMERICA, do not give any information to these punks. Do not return their calls, nor provide them with any information over the phone. THEY PREY ON HARD WORKING AMERICANS, AND DESERVE TO BE PUNISHED!

Called a second time and again asked for Gretchen and was simply asked for a case number and I said that I was told to speak with Gretchen and again was hung up on.
I did some research and called what was the only apparently legit ACS company they advised me that they get many calls a day from people and that this is a vile company if at all legit. I was advised to document everything and keep track and eventually file with the Attorney General office to sue for harrassment. I will say what medical collections I have are also settled and paid and I to have proof. I have a clean credit report and no inquiries from such a company.
I would advise people to watch your reports. Also if you truly had the state trying to issue any such supbeona they would have your address and info to contact you and deliver it. DO NOT give these people any info. If it turns to be legit I will take my chances but know that I have nothing out there nor have recieved any bills which they would be required to send you first!
Real debt collectors comply with the law, They mail the FDCPA required notification letter, which provides you with information on how to dispute the alleged debt and request proof. They don't make illegal threats, nor do they impersonate state officials, which is a crime.
The fakes never send letters, they call relatives to create maximum panic,, they never send any proof, they hide their location so THEY don't get prosecuted, etc....Whatever the law requires, they violate, and what ever the law prohibits, they do.
Google the number, and see what other complaints say.
Real collection agencies have been around for a while, use the same number since that is how they expect consumers to be able to contact them, follow the law, are licensed in those states that require it, and they typically show YEARS of complaints.
Complaints start Feb. 13. They are "fly-by-nite", probably forever changing their number to hide from lawsuits or prosecution for fraud, or to evade the inevitable flood of consumer complaints that reveal what they are up to. Note that even these few complaints report illegal collection tactics, that they have consumer information, but that the "debt" is bogus.

So are they "ACS Services", or are they this "ADS"?
Use of multiple company aliases is another fraud indicator.
