    It is USA concessions.
    When they answer the phone they don't use the company name, and they are very reluctant to give it out.  What are you guys hiding/afraid of?
    So CFB Manuf went out of business and you guys just started over under a new name.  Once again skunks don't change their stripes, they still STINK!
    Zach it is time you deal with the people that have judgements against you and stop letting it affect everyone else around you.  It is your choice and you control who it affects---you and your family or everyone else around you.  Stop blaming others and be accountable to your people, or I 'll ensure everyone near you is traumatized!

        Unless it is registered with a secretary of state, it isn't an LLC.  Some crooks just put LLC on other public info, but never bother to pay for the registration.
        It may be listed in NC, check there.
        The truth is very slippery/slimy with this [***]!

          How long before complaints start coming in regarding this entity?
          Anything involving Zach, and it is just a matter of time before the feces hits the fan.  Then it's excuses and stories about how everyone is out to get him and how he is such a "christian".
          Dude, just stop ripping people off and make good on the people you did already!  It doesn't end well until you get straight--pretty simple.

    To google this man's name and company and see ALL of these reports about him being a thief, a liar, a crook, a con-artist, etc…. and read some of the Nightmares and hardship that he has caused so many families and to know that me and my family is battling with him Right Now as I write this report, is crazy! And to think that all we had to do was simply typed his name in the computer loooong time ago…! It would have explained why it’s been so damn difficult to get him to keep his word and to follow through on what he say he will do in the timely manner that he promises and why so many things have been so wrong with our concession trailer since Day One! The Answers Are All Right Here On The Internet…..Unbelievable! America, please be aware of doing business with this man and ANY company that he is affiliated with! I am sure that there’s a ton of more families out there that has done business with this man and have went through similar bad experiences in dealing with him but has not spoken up about it or just don’t know that there are websites out here like this one with people across the country having the same problem with the same man!


    Zach, we would have NEVER done business with you! And I’m sure a whole lot of other families are thinking the same thing after dealing with you!! I’ve read where you’ve bragged about how people are on the internet saying bad things about your name and your bad business practices but you are STILL able to profit upwards of 200K a month and you STILL sleep good at night…. Not something you should be proud about while hurting families! The Courts should have taken away your privileges long time ago from being able to keep hurting families financially and still is able to do bad business on American soiled!

    Look, I don't know your story.
    I have COURT ordered judgements against both
    Zach and his wife Becky--they are personally responsible for, so no corp/LLC protection for them.  Whatever he told you he isn't pulling 200k/yr much less 200k/mo.  I'm in the process of getting liens against his stuff, but it has been a long process.  So, if he has wronged you, don't let him B/S you at all-he will never make it right until you force him to do so.  He is better at the con job today, because he gets LLC protection.
    Don't ever give up on this, because he is the same skunk he has been for more than 10 years.
    He said he hired a law firm to claim Internet stalking against me, yet I have yet to receive any papers from any court regarding this, it has been 3 years and they can't seem to find me in downtown Dallas.

    Details of the the arrest were first obtained by The Georgia Inquirer on September 26, 2014 after having been released by the arresting agency. Singleton was detained and later charged with committing at least 2 total offenses

        Charges are not convictions, but probable cause needed to bring charges and the DA is not backing off!
