    Unless you want to lose ALOT of money and deal with numerous problems, do NOT do business with Zach Singleton or anyone he is in business with.  What people say about his business practices is true. He lied to us and sold us a concession trailer with numerous problems. Stay far away from him!

      Zachary Edwards singleton is a con artist I will vouch for that anyone who deals with him will be sorry he's one of the smoothest talkers that I've ever met only thing is he's not that smooth and he's not a Christian.

    give Zack $15000 down for a concession trailer 8 months ago and never received it. went yesterday to Lumpkin county and file a report. when got to Zack office there were another women who had the sherrif office there already because Zack had got her money too. we bothwent and file reports

    New names for the same place USA Concessions and Zackary Edward Singleton Zack was in Sing outdoors , Red fern Outdoors , Concession Dynamics LLC  Same number for USA Concession still rings there Also life pod living there are many new numbers 888-985-3024 , 706-525-4894 , 678-882-0908 who is he hiding behind now or what ???? Who will be wronged before he goes away. James from sc has anything become of your report or was it lost in the stack ??? Zack is full of his self .He has hurt so many in so many ways I just don't see how he is not in jail. The wife has let it happen and it happens in front of the kids so they will know how to live by a great example .

      Attention “Sam”

      Charles Daugherty here, CEO of Red Fern Dynamics. One of our staff members happened across this post and I wanted to address this directly. Our company purchased the assets of Zach Singleton’s former business over two months ago—see the press release (pr.com/press-release/635743).  Zach Singleton is not part of Red Fern Dynamics, and it is my understanding he has left the state; regardless he is no longer at this location. Our business has been in operation for several years, manufacturing and selling various outdoor and security products, and we took advantage of the opportunity to acquire these assets, move into this larger location and expand our operation, following the closure of Singleton’s businesses. I assure you we are not the same business, we operate above board, and have a reputation that is based on integrity and customer service. I am aware of some of the problems with the previous owner, but those issues are not ours plain and simple. Although his companies did operate out of the same location, this is an industrial park with several complexes and I assure you just because his businesses closed does not mean the building has been closed.

      I had the misfortune of meeting and doing business with this individual known as Zachary Edwards Singleton. I was able to get my truck from him after giving him $20,000 up front. The only work he did was raise the roof put in a 3 compartment sink, concession  window, diamond plated flooring and electric. I figured he got me for about  $12 grand there was about  $8000 worth of work. I found someone who had done business with him in the Atlanta area they quickly told me he was a fast  talker and a con artist. I was told he did not have the skills nor the ability to properly put together a food truck. I stopped all production and had my truck hall back ti Va. Thank God he has finally been caught. Lets all ban together and get this creep off the streets . He is not a Christian I feel sorry for his 5 daughters.

      Hey Sam,
      Mr Charles Daughtry is Also a liar... He was involved in our project with zach back in the early to mid half of 2015.  He also didn't return calls, he was very aware of and very much a part of us being ripped off by zach.  We went and got our property and then after paying zach and Charles 35000.00 for our place we put Another  25000 into making it actually work.  We still have issues but we will deal with them as they come.  Do not trust Charles anymore than you would trust zach.  We went out and met with both people in April and June of 2015.  He is no better though he will tell you he is!   Another con... Just helping zach.

    Really CHARLES we've meet .....if that is the case then did you all ever get finished with the life pod bunker that I funded the money for just to find out I was the Guinea pig. Also I just spoke with Mr Singleton a couple of days ago I promised I would not say anything negative however here we are 1 year later and still no word.so please contact me thanks

    I want to go on the record and say CHARLES did make Mr Singleton refund my money. However because it was my investment that funded the entire build I was gave the option to buy it back after it was completed or a percentage of the sale after it was completed. I haven't heard anything about its completion or its sale.

    It is my understanding that Mr. Singleton and Charles are partners in life pod living and the new concession trailer building and Zackary Singleton is still active in the building. So the workers there say.

      That is exactly what Zach and Larry did years ago on the concession trailer business.
      Larry did the same thing this charles guy is trying to do--throw people off of zach's trail.
      NEVER trust anyone around zach, they are all cut from the same cloth and similar behavior patterns.
