    I  think Charles has no idea what kind of person he is dealing with . Zach dose a great job of conning and blaming other people . And the best thing anyone could do is stay away. Because Zach is trouble for anyone he can take advantage of .He dose not know anything about how to build concessions or life pods and who would want to take there family under ground in a bucker built for Zach. There is so many things wrong with what he puts his hand too. I can't believe someone would trust life pod living to be safe.

      If charles doesn't know what kind of person Zach is, that is his own fault.  At this point, you just google zach's name.  That should be enough to cause anyone to go screaming into the night!

      Charles is fully aware unhappy.  He was involved in my project and they ripped us off together.  He has alway known what is happening.  I personally met him during my time being scammed by lifepod living.  We had to redo EVERYTHING those 2 did.  We lost money to them and then redid our build with real workers.  Charles avoided my calls as much as zach did and the things Charles said he was in charge of were done completely wrong as well.  Shame on you Charles for trying to help slime like zach.  Your no better and these people who think you are a victim are crazy.  Don't fall for it he knows everything and is willingly participating.

    I got ripped off scammed to by Zack for $5800 bucks for a van he sold me and promised me a title right before the sale zack said he had title free and clear.  His other workers had to make a brake line repair on the van and we were to meet back at 6 pm after the repair and finish the sale.  At 6 pm I was there but zack was no where to be found instead he txt me said the other workers would give me bill of sale and keys to van that he already signed bill of sale and had to be at his father's birthday party dinner and would get me the title Monday that he simply forgot the title.  Now 3 months later no title. Known as zack more like initialed the bill if sale for his signature but his coworkers swear up and down its zack signature. I called and txt and visited zack at that warehouse in dawsonville, ga several times same stone walling me and run around. Story slightly changes each time. Ask him for his real name got nothing.  Till now this post got his real name so I can do something.  His ad for van was posted on craigslist. Any information on this guy would be great. Email me at irontigerclawman@gmail.com. like home address, date of birth so I can take it to Shierff dept.  If he moves need that address too.  I am told it was a crime what he did to me was stole my money. Van was not on his name.  Van is not stolen I ask tag dept. Zack claims it's a paper mix up.  Then he said he misplaced the title.  Just lie after lie after lie.  He was all in my face last time I visited him like I was doing something wrong by asking for my title. Van no good without title can't get a tag. I still don't know what true story is on the title or van but this zack had his coworkers scammed me for my money. Then sent me nasty txt I called him a lier which he did lie to me he had title give me at time of sale.

      You should contact Stacy Jarred at the sheriffs office that is the best way to Zack. He lives in the shop in a camper with his wife and kids. So at anytime when the heat is too much he will hook up to his home and roll away . Like the thief in the night that he is. If Charles is all the man he claims he is he will help you locate Zack if in fact he in not living in the camper in the shop today. After all that is adding a fugitive if he is not forth coming and proves he is working with Zack. They are in the life pod living business together. If it to doesn't changes names under the same roof.

    Charles is the new face of the place . Zack lives in the shop in a camper. His dad is or was in the business as a partner . I would call Sheriff Stacy Jarred that is what I have done and many others. If his mouth is moving it is a lie.

    It looks like Zack has loaded up the family in his burgundy bumper towed 8.5x24 camper (house on wheels ) to move like gypsies across America . Left Charles to hold the bag. Wish you all the best in getting anything from Zack I know I want see a dime I'm sure . I would have thought he would be a flight risk for sure and he was. Didn't he think would right the wrongs.

      Any word on his court dates? So he's gone now unhappy? The crap runs deep hard find any info on this guy...I've driven up there but I don't see him around.  Any word on how his arrest went like is this scum going be prosecuted or what? All and any info would be great.  I'm trying to hunt him down and confront him in front of his wife.

    James the 159 address is empty they moved to HWY 129 in Cleveland Ga. I understand that Zack has left the state. I guess to avoid prosecution. From looking at his passed it looks like he gets into a problem and then moves. The Charles tells people he has not seen him or talked to him that Zack owes him a lot of money.
