    I just wanted to add my thoughts. I had a deal with LifePod as well. My direct dealings with Charles have been favorable. I found him to be above board. I think he got caught up in a situation he did not create and tried to make it right. Charles is a good guy in my opinion. For what it's worth.

      Good luck to you then Steven.  I have multiple communications saved on Charles as well.  He willingly and knowingly ripped many people off.  He says he is good and says he's a victim but I met him, I had to personally pick up my property which I paid Charles 35,000 for.  He vouched for Zach when I met them both in the flesh.  The product delivered was unsafe, not complete, and all te work thy charged me for had to be professionally redone.  When we went out to get our product they tried to scare us by being armed and having large weaponry let up all over the place for intimidation.  Charles was present the whole time they both tried to stop us from taking our property out.  We had to physically remain in site to ensure our property left.  They actually had an ad out to sell what they built for us.  Charles is a thief and a scam artist.  He played the avoidance game Along with Zach.  He is nothing more than zachs latest face of the scam.  Lifepod living is what we did business with before it showed up in the ripoff reports.  Charles is a liar and a thief and a despicable creature and I hope he and Zach are both found and prosecuted to the fullest of the law.  Though it appears they are con enough to keep getting out of it and saying everyone is so mean to them.  They have ripped people off for hundreds of thousands of dollars from what I can see.  Do you know Charles told me how great Zach was and how he trained dogs for veterans in Colorado?  Look it up... He scammed our vets and Charles talks about how great he is.  There are warrants out in Colorado for him.  Charles you are no better and shame on you for helping him and continuing.

        Here is the lesson to ALL of this:
        Don't believe anything that comes from Zach or anyone around him--whether it's his partners, employees, his wife, even their kids.  This charles character is no better than Larry jr. was, they are ALL on the take in one way or another!
        People, this has been going on around Zach for 10 years+. The common dominator is Zach.  Stop the madness!  He will eventually crawl into a hole, if he hasn't already!  The rope is tightening for him.

          zach is living in livingston, montana, running a paint business, advertizing on craigslist, bozeman / big sky area, selling a big story about his love of god, trump, and his daughters, wile hiring mexican framers as painters with a beast wage. daughters apparently are little karate fighters and pre corona virus, went to competitions. look for lotti karate on instagram. may be a different spelling. he positions himself in the trades as being a paint company, and has only shallow skills, and a rock fire builder, with shallow skills, maybe. he hires other people to do the work and doesn't know if they are qualified or not. call him on his shallow skills and he deprecates your work, of, in my case, fixing his work and making him look like a painter, in the high end industry. i would say, he is a sales man, convinced of his charms and word (of only ever being a turd).   contact : sing outdoors llc,  pob 1628  livingston, mt 59047  he says his kids have a sponsorship with go pro.  the go pro owner nick, lives in yellow stone club, montana.   send him a message about this shim.  his # is 406 220 3171

    Zachary ripped me off as well. I was able to contact someone who had dealt with his business in Dalonega she informed me that he was a con artist so I stopped production got my truck and had it shipped to Va. Its a 1987 Chevy stepvan that had some issues mechanically but the engine and transmission was in good shape. I had a reputable company finish the truck and it is in good shape. He was on the verge of ripping me off but I showed him a really nasty side of me that I think scared the hell out of him. I really believe if I had not went off on his sorry [***] he would have kept my $20.000 the experience i hope will not shorten my life it was very stressful to say the least.

        Zach Edward Singleton is in Montana, last I hear was in Bozeman.  I bought my cabin off grid and while in closing Zach took it upon himself to tell everyone he bought my property and come get what ever they wanted from my property. I lost over $10,000 worth of things that I bought with the property that were to help me get thru a winter. Propane tanks, fuel tanks, wood stove, generators, snowmobiles, ( two of them and parts ) , he had the key and entered the cabin and sabotaged all the appliances forcing me into having to replace them. He actually stopped me while enroute to my new home to tell me he blocked roads on my property (illegal), put up fences blocking people, closed off a section that is used for snow parking as we have to snowmobile in the winter to get around. He bragged about the cost of the items that he removed from my property to my face. He was told to leave my property and never step foot back on it.  Neighbors gave me a BBQ party on my land to introduce me to everyone that lives up here full time. Zach and his wife showed up uninvited and pulled a hand gun on everyone, waving it around at everyone even the children, sheriff was called, the whole incident was videoed by several people there showing him with a gun and threatening everyone. He was not arrested. No one else pulled a gun or any weapon but Zach and his wife. I dont understand how this could happen and him not get into trouble. Since then he has tried to take part of my land and fence it for himself, he has dug a trench across a road blocking others from being able to get to his property and has basically tried to terrorize those living up here. He did so much damage that he has now run from the community up here and last I hear was living in Bozeman. His smooth talk has convinced the Sherrifs department that it is everyone else and not him, I have witnesses that saw him stealing from my property, photos of some of my belongings which are now sitting on his property and people willing to stand up for me, but the Sheriffs Office still refuse to do anything about it.

    Yet another victim
    Charles and Zach are both con artists who took my money.  Charles personally refused to give me a refund and/or what I paid for.  He is trying to play the poor victim when he's just as guilty as Zach.

    Zach Singleton also sold us a Concession Trailer when he was doing business as CFB Manufacturing. There were so many problems with this unit and we have spent thousands of dollars to fix them including a fire hazard in the breaker panel. Anyone who does business with Zach or ANYONE he is associated with, will be ripped off. Glad he was finally arrested! He doesn't need to be in the jail, they need to put him UNDER the jail!

    Zach is alive and well in the mountains of Montana, directly north of Drummond Montana. He has a court hearing on the tenth of January in Deer Lodge for trouble he has gotten into with the locals on the mountain. He moved there about 3-4 months ago. He is pulling the same stuff he has been doing it seems all his life. If anyone needs contact information, let me know. I am also looking for any factual information from court rulings any letters testifying of his actions and illegal activities to share with the Judge. Any help you can give me and any letters we receive will be used in court to show his true character.
