I am constantly receiving harrassing phone calls from this Co. looking for Debbie White. She used my name as a reference whithout my knowledge so this co calls me...I repeataly told them to stop, they told me that they are going to come out and arrest me,, Yesterday 4/8/2010 they called and said that they are taking me to court..this has been an ongoing problem. I want it to stop NOW,   here are the numbers 1-949-502-0123, 1-916-458-5665, 426-606-3786...

    once again they are @ it again with the calls telling me im going to jail or i will have to appear in court and the fee is going to be much higher than the amt they want now!! they call all day long everyday none  stop they have a strong indian accent and i to have ask to speak to someone that speaks english as their first lang and he got mad and told me then he will just send the case to court lol!! they are using everyday american names as theirs and i ask where were u born and they said here in america andi said no i dont think so with a accent like that ur a liar!! and u are not born here and u are not a new yorker cuz i am!!

    We have been getting these haraassment calls too. They come from some company called American law division saying we ow money from a payday loan, whats funny about this we never applied for one. These people are crooks I hope they6 havent taken advantage of anyone else because they almost got to my wife.

    I just recieved a call from this supposed company ... Telling me that I was going to be sued for not paying a payday loan which I never received so I went to www.ic3.gov and turned them in so we will see what happens from here.. I did take a loan but not for the 300.00 they said ..They made threats about calling me at my work and and sending a summons there... These people need to be taken care of this is getting out of hand... Nobody will ever want to do anything with these payday loan people ever again if this keeps happening.....I paid my loan off and on time and for this to be happening turns me off from ever doing it again!!!!!

    This Indian guy who calls himself Jack (but has left messages with different aliases) has been calling me incessantly for over two weeks.  I finally picked up my phone and asked who he was...."I am Jack with the US Federal Investigative...whatever" "can i have your name please?"  I said no, I need to know what this call is regarding, to which he replied "mam, we are investigating you for fraud and you could be served with papers tomorrow morning.  tell me your name."  I said thats interesting that he needs my name to give me more information when he is telling me I am being investigated and will be served tomorrow.
    I'll give "Jack" credit for being persistent and never getting out of character, but when he called me back for the 6th time in a row when I kept refusing to give him my information, I told him I was searching his phone number on the internet as we spoke and all sorts of fraud and scam reports came up.
    "Jack" replied: "Thank you bye."
    I now have the phone number blocked

    my god these people wont leave my family alone!  they call for my daughter and for my husband and even called his job! amd its always the same message from different people with strong accents. it doesnt pay to get a loan on the internet because they get your information and keep up the harrasment!

    I just got a call today from a 310-359-0424 number twice in a 30 minute period. It was a lady with a thick foreign accent probably from India. She went on in the vm that I am going to be arrested if I do not pay my payday loan. First of all I do not have any payday loans and secondly as so many of you have said that debit collectors can not threatin you. It is against the law and Fair Credit Act. If anyone actualy pays these frauds then you have no common sense. Stand your ground and know the law. Let them threatin you and then take legal action against them.

    ok so today 2 idiots from "american law division" called me Steve Jones and Troy Scott... if that was there name then call me Marry Poppins.. so anyway these two douch bags gave me a 914-373-7097 number.. yeah um..dont think so and said i owe money to us cash advance company... that company isnt even real and either are these tow jokers.. i ran off a list of names of the other pricks that have been herrasing me for over a year..and told them to come arrest me.. i could use the rest..no laundry, cooking or cleaning...bring it MF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I recieved a call from 310-359-0424 on April 20th 2011 saying that they where calling to inform me that it was a lawsuit against my Name and my social security number unfortunatly they know my social security number and driver's licences number. They said that my drivers licence is susended. They said that they called my job and informed my job of my past and it was urgent that i respond to call Steve Matthews back. The guy had a heavy arab acsent. When I called them back they said it was a payday loan that i hadnt paid back and that was the puprose of the lawsuit. My information is in danger sigh

    How do we stop them?  My office receives 20-60 calls per day, each asking for a different person that we never heard about.  Some of the calls are very rude and some become sexually explicit.  It appears as if someone is putting out phone number on people's loan applications and we get called when they default.

    Just got a call from this company sayn i owe 7000 in online loans. Never in my life have  i gotten any kind of  loan online. I am a single parent and am stuggling as is.

    After they called me I researched them and then kept calling them and tieing up their line until they told me they would never call me again. I also am going to be presuing legal action. I am hoping they send me the summons lol I will counter sue......

    Don't worry about it if you did not sign anything your not liable. And a refrance is not a co-signer

    I received 5 phone calls from 213-986-7608 within 3 minutes.  I told this person not to call me again but he was persistent.  Something about going against my social security number.  I did not listen to all of it as I had received 2 other phone calls saying I would be arrested.  He said he worked for American Law and I had to ask him how to spell law as it sounded as though he said low.
    I could hardly understand him and I looked up American Law in Los Angeles but there are several.  The last two of his calls, I did not answer and I don't believe he left a message.
    Is there a way to file a legal complaing against the phone number?  I have not made any internet loans, so don't know what he was referring to.

    I am sorry but I don't agree with you, why let these people direct your lives and they will just find the new number anyway.  A lawsuit sound like the way to go.

    I received a phone call from an officer name Wilson and he gave me a case#
    Than he transferred me to a guy name Neal Stevens. He told me that he is
    going to send some kind of paper because they put me some criminal charges
    because I owed a payday loan in the past please tell me if this is true.
    This people me every single day to my place of employment they sound like
    Chinese, Indians I know, I am trouble right now w/my supervisor. The phone# call me are 17072784083 or 15855021790. Please tell what I can do

    i also called the police but dont give them any information  about anything no ss# no address becasue that could change there number anythime that wont hell i live in  bellflower but thy have my compton address what u can do is call your phone compay and ask them to block that number and if that got your cell number get a app and block it ! that what im doing  also if u called the police thafy will tell you its  a scam  started in the year 2000 but file a complaint also tell them u spoke with the police and check all your recordes and didnt find anything also ask them to verify your ss# if that cant dont tell them because its a scam

    Just found a person that looked up the address when this person called. He said he was from American Law Division and this is the number 3479820327. Also the address 101 Jay Street Brooklyn New York 11201 United States of America, but when that caller him he said he was from Financial Crime Division. Crazy.

    I have been receiving calls like this at work for months. Beginning in the late summer, early fall of 2010. I never took out any kind of a loan with them. They called one of my best friends; even my mechanic and insisted that I owed them thousands of dollars and I would be arrested if the money was not paid. Calls stopped for awhile, but recently started again. After I left work yesterday five more calls came through and my two bosses told them to stop the calls. That iit is harrassment and they were sick of it. That I don't owe for any loan. I got another call this morning, so I immediately called the police for the second time. They will be investigating, but he said if the company is out of our country, there is nothing they can do. The best thing to do is to hang up on them or just threaten that the poice will be investigating.  They don't like that at all.  It is ridiculous what they are trying to get away with.

    Same thing here...but did get a loan from Speedy Cash that went delinquent so I bought it at first. Had planned on paying my Speedy Cash loan in collections today and told American Law Division that I had already cleared that up. The man said that he saw that I paid that one. Liar. The phone number is 508 445 4125. Reverse look up said that was in Mass., but he said it was in Florida. I told them to resend me the email.
