I purchased ''Maverick'' tv series from these crooks before I read about the dozens of complaints about this rogue trader.I would just like to warn people about purchasing complete tv series on the Internet,especially those series from the 1950's,the vast majority of which are not in the public domain.Stick with the reputably established online companies like AMAZON etc.

I also purchased a box set on December 12 and paid through paypal. After 4 emails to this company to check on the status of my shippment with NO REPLY, I get very worried and filed a claim with PayPal. PayPal has given the seller 10 days to respond. By now I am sure they know that the seller WILL NOT respond. I hope these jerks get what they deserve!!!!

My husband was scammed by this so-called business. He ordered my favorite T.V show, 24 from them. All 6 seasons. Well needless to say I did not get it. He told me a few days ago he thought maybe he had been scammed. So I started looking around on the internet and yep he was scammed. I reported them to the link below. I think if enough of us report this something will be done. God bless

Here is info on the website registration, in it you will find that the business is located in yarmouth nova scotia canada. Good luck getting ahold of these crooks. You might also check out a place in nova scotia called Joe's movie transfers to see if they have anything in common.

I ordered Seasons 1-7 Smallville with tvshowboxset.tv and used Paypal. However, if the purchase came out of your bank account, will Paypal still refund the money?

I'm sorry to all of you. I didn't bother to check the owners of the domain name. When ever a site looks TOO GOOD go to whois.com check domain. On http://www.whois.com/ you can see the owner of the domain, the date purchased/renewed. Keep in mind if you can not track the owner of the site domain down in anyway or it appears NEW then DON'T BUY.

They got me too but, got my money back. Hope the whois.com site helps anyone who is scared to buy again on the internet again. This site gets away with the scam by basic tech knowledge. We can beat em tho understanding how they can create and show up in search engines is the best way to catch the [***] :o]

I also got scammed and filed a complaint through paypal. Unfortunately, paypal cannot return the money (66.99) to me because the seller's paypal account has a zero balance. Sorry to everyone, but it looks like even if you file a claim through paypal you won't see any money returned to you.

Unless ordered before November, how can anyone expect a DVD boxset with Asian markings to arrive by Christmas ? And couldn't such an order take as long as 60 days to 90 days ?

I assume .tv is different than .com, and the .tv website advertised thru eBay in early December. The .tv site is a verified PayPal seller, and sent emails verifying registration and placement of my order. All very professional, nothing suspect. It has been 30 days now, but I can't find any reason to panic. Sure, the site is under construction, but supply is probably limited, and delivery not so quick.

No silly person. This website is a fake. We all lost our money and now you too. I have contacted the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and they have 100's of complaints on this person (Patrice Cormier). I also contacted PayPal and it does not matter that they "verified" the address if you used them you still lost your money.

I ordered a box set of Xena for one of my special needs clients/patients.
I paid the money through paypal but have not received a refund. Therefore I will give the money back to my client as she saved for a long time to get this. So, in the end I will have lost over $200 to these people plus a very sad client who does not really understand about crooks that rip off people.

Another one to watch for is www.dvdsboxedsets.com and www.tvseriesboxedsets.com. The first one took me for $137 for CSI seasons 1-8 on Dec. 22, 2008. I've filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company and the FTC. It's all bogus.

I just won against tvshowboxset paypal and my credit card company said they were a fakw company and I was reimbursed for my loss,went to no-retail.com and bought the same dvd box set,fast shipping,great product and great communication.

they scewed me last year they was trading under another name got shut down but popped up again within 24 trading again it took me 8 months to get my money back

here is the way to get your money back of these scammers if you have paid by creditcard just report them to your creditcard people hopefully they will get there creditcard facitalty.s removed

be ware of tvshowboxset.tv the are professional ripp off artisit they got me for $89 dollars i ordered two and a half men in nov 2008 never received any dvds also no refund paypal said that the seller had no nmoney in their account they are most likmly operationg under another name all buyers beawre

Silly person here again... I paid on December 10th... Paypal says I didn't file the dispute correctly, no refund. TVshowboxset placed an advertisement on eBay, and I thought they were okay. But the problem is eBay... eBay and Paypal work together, allowing criminals access to our pocketbooks. Lucky for me, I didn't use a credit card. I am now getting spoof Paypal emails from the .tv crime organization.

I know a few people receive their orders. It is the same on eBay with the smaller criminals. They mail out a few packages, say your order is lost in the mail, and continue to do business until eBay kicks them out.

I've sent an e-mail to google as these same sites are now still at large, but instead of the "Order" button, which is dsyfunctional, they are currently posting adsense ads to cheat people into clicking them and making money. It's still fraud of the biggest order.

These sites should be removed from google and yahoo's search index first, but it appears that they continue to appear in top search results, and hence fooling the public.

Please send an e-mail to yahoo and google at once.
