    Fraudulent telemarketing.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, and block your debit card or close your account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address.

File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov.

This operation is the poster boy of the telemarketing con game as defined as follows:

    1) It all began when somehow they patched into my phone conversation with my bank and said that they were  having a promotional which lead me into their scam.

    2) Believing that I was talking to my bank  I electronically signed up for their promotional of a free $200.00 gasoline voucher plus a $25.00 restaurant gift card.  By the way all of the people that lead me to slaughter had foreign accents but had anglo American names, another red flag. (definitely an off shore operation)

    3) Because I had a negative gut feeling about the whole presentation I called my banks Fraud Dept. in order to validate what was told to me by Ultimate Savings Plus representatives, their response was that they had no promotional program taking place and to stop any further dealings with them.

    4) The BBB office that represents Southeast Florida sector gave them an F rating in addition to listing them as an unaccredited business by BBB standards they also have of record well over 80 complaints.

    5) Upon further investigation their corporate office headquarters consists of an mail box at a UPS store at the address given on their business letterhead.

    6) Forget phoning them, all you will get is a recording of "please wait for an operator" and hours of canned music with no expected reply.

    7) I strongly believe that even the vendors offering discounts don't know who or what they are dealing with.

There is more damaging information about this identity theft ring that obtains your credit cards ID numbers just to be a member, but for now you have been given enough information to stay clear of that rattlesnake on the road.  Their bogus tactics gave me a week of no sleep anxiety, something that nobody should go through due to the effects of global crime activities.

They patched into my phone line also at work and they would not hang up the phone while I was waiting for my phone to be connected with my HR office.  They told me I had to go thru the process then I could cancell at the end of process with the confirmation number and I never did get a confirmation.   When I called back no one answer the phone.  Finally I cancelled with email confirmation from them  but they still send me magazines that I don't normally ordered and charged for it.  This is a total scam.  We all should work together to report this scam to the attorney general at the state of Florida.

I agree, this is a complete scam. They promised gift cards for wal-mart and the grocery store. Also, money was missing from our account. If you have already agreed to this- then cancel your card fast before they take your money.

Just spoke to someone on the phone from Ultimate Savings Plus. They called me on my cell phone offering me $500.00 worth of groceries and gift cards from Wal-Mart. I asked them, "how can Wal-Mart afford to give away gift cards?" And, "how can your company afford to give away $500.00  worth of groceries?

What realy got me was when he told me that I only had to pay $4.95 for the shipping charges. That did it!

I knew that it was flakey and I kept asking him to repeat the name of the company as I was looking it up on the computer.

    Surely, it is a scam!

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! FRAUDS!

I cancelled in December last year and they still send me magazines that I don't like to read and charge me money.  You need to call the attorney general in your state so they can help you.

You have to call your bank or Credit card co. to dispute the charges.Even if you agreed to them you can dispute it as a fraudulent or misleading transaction.
These low-lives are disgusting- tricking people into losing their hard-earned cash- they called me with the wal-mart and grocery cards w/ the 4.95 shipping. They gave me a customer service number- I tested it on my other phone and it had a busy signal- no reputable business does not have a multiple phone line/ voicemail system. That was it for me- I said- No thanks. The Indian man (with an Anglo name) then told me "I already have your CC number!" And taunted me saying it was too late he already ran my card even though on the phone he promised me he wouldn't run my card until I agreed to the terms of the offer.
These people are disgusting and they are connected to major companies like wal-mart and a large magazine publisher. You think they don't know about these scammers? They should be fined and shut down immediately. These large corporations should be held accountable as well.

This bogus business operates out of mail drop box at the UPS store at the address of Untimate Savings Plus in Florida.  The Southeast Florida BBB office has now over 100 complaints against them.  I strongly recommend to everyone that has been burned by this scam shop to write to the Attorney Generals Office and the Federal Trade Commission to get rid of these electronic thugs.

Just got a call from them after i have asked repeatedly to take me off their call list---it's really annoying.  Anyhow, the CSR said he has my card number and he just needs my name and address because they lost it...when i asked him how does he know its my card and who does he specificly want to speck to--as there is more than one member of my household--of course he couldn't tell me.  On another occasion the same person called and i asked if he wanted to speck with cynthia and he said yes, which was fishy because it seemed that he would have said yes to any name.

They are eally pissing me off and if they call my house just one more time i think i'm gonna go crazy and call them every name in the book.  You don't call people requesting pertinent info and you have no info to give in return and on top of that reciting someone's card info that not mine!!

    BEWARE!!! ITS DEFINITLY A SCAM!!!!!

Did i also mention that i was told that will be charging the card anyway---every month and that it would be my fault.  They must be smoking some good S***, because that's not gonna happen.  People, People, in the future please give your credit card info over the phone to companies that you have not yet researched---as you can see from previous post, you will be SORRY!  Check me out on twitter--lettmetellyou.

I am not sure about the rest of you, but as a rule of thumb i do not give my credit  card information out to people that call me. I will only give it out to a business I call.

Anyway, I know I might catch hell for this but... I personally enjoy calls from these people, let me tell you it is cheaper than a punching bag! You can insult their mothers, mock their ethnicity and poor English and all they will do in return is keep asking for your credit card number. I look forward to their next call where I can let out some more pent up frustration.

I got a call today (July 8 2011) from 011 claiming they hve a $500 gift card for grocery and a gas card, He sounded like he was from India. I asked how he got my number and then I told him it was a scam. He insisted that not all companies are scams. Then he said all I have to do is send $4.95. I told him I don't believe this is true, he insisted it is. Right. I then told him that I will pass anyway and hung up.
