This collections company keeps calling my job. I've told them time and time again to stop. I've suggested them to take me to court and to quit calling my job. I work in a call center the phone lines are for customers and family emergencies. I cannot have personal phone calls. They call very rude and unprofessional. I can't get any information their telephone number is 855-868-2577. Please make them stop calling my job before I get fired.

I have to agree with Boss of all Bosses, just pay your debt and if you didnt take out a loan your best bet is to check with your bank to make sure the money wasn't placed into your account, These people are just doing thier jobs they need to make a living just as you do, You may feel as though they are threatening you but they are not, you just take it that way they are trying to explain to you what the TERMS and AGREEMENT stated when you begged for the loan and needed the money, so instead of screaming that your being harrassed (which harrassment is calling without a purpose and they have a purpose to call) talk calmly you get further being courtsey than being obnoxious and hateful!!

A payday loan is never paid ... They want thousands of $$$ for $300 and the tactics that the debt collectors use are illegal!  So stuff it ... Learn your rights and if you live in NYS you Never hVe to pay one of these loans back because they are illegal! Maybe the loan companies should follow the laws MR Boss of Bosses!

I keep getting a call from a lady 2 different names used but I know it's the same voice. I work in customer service so I notice voices. She keeps telling my VM that she is calling about a claim file that was just put on her desk that needs to be resolved immediately or it will go to payroll. It's from the TRS, and before I used to get calls from an Arabic man with a strong accent and his name was Bill Smith, really lol come on now be a little more believable. I took out a payday loan 3 yrs ago and paid it back 3 days before it was due, kept the receipts and I get these calls. I am a federal government employee so are they kidding me? When he called me at work and told me he'd send someone to my work and take me to court or have me lose my job and keep me from getting one if I didn't pay. Funny thing is my boss was standing next to me on the line. After we threatened that the call was recorded and law enforcement had been notified cause dumb [***] called a military base phone line he didn't call me for 2 yrs. And he called few months back, once I called him a terrorist and that he wouldn't get my money for his crimes he said as a federal officer I could go to court for what I said, I told him go for it I will say it to his face as well, free country I can call him what I want when he calls my personal phone or work line, he stopped calling me after that. He said he was a federal officer but wouldn't give his badge number, lol really I deal with federal and agency officers all the time and know it's law for them to give it out. Nice try. Find some other way to get your money [***]. So for the females calling me now, keep calling cause all you're doing is getting recorded and someone will be coming after you.

" CLAIM FILE THAT WAS JUST PUT ON HER DESK THAT NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATLY OR IT WILL GO TO PAY ROLL"

That language indicates she is attempting to intimidate you through illegal and deceptive threats.  She cannot just send something to "payroll" and take your money.  Any debt collector would have to sue, serve you, win in court, and get a garnishment order.  Just making threats is not only illegal, but tells you they are looking for suckers, so they are trying to scam you.

Indian or Arabic accents are also commonly reported with these fake "payday loan debt collector" extortion rackets.

    This is a con.

They may be just calling at random, hoping to reach someone who took out a payday loan, or they often use information obtained from fake "payday loan application" websites.  People looking for payday loans may have entered their identity, SSN, DOB, and bank account information at one of these fake sites, so they can make it look like they are collecting on an old "payday loan".

Tell her they have been reported to federal authorities, and all calls are being recorded.

I too got a call from this company however it came from a my local area code however the lady said all the same things as mentioned above, that they would garnish my wages etc and she was the mediator between myself and a internet payday loan company that I owed money to.
I tried to ask for her name, she said it so fast I couldn't get it, I then asked where she is located, she said Kansas City MO and it was Total RS, however after reading the above I now know it's TRS.  I hung up after reading all the above comments and they still keep calling my work number.  After I hung up I called the FTC and filed a complaint.  The FTC told me that any form of collection for a debt has to be in written form by mail, no faxes or emails.  I am not giving them any information and I suggest you don't either.

I too started receiving calls from this company just last week.  The original call started with a very rude and unprofessional person who was about to bring me out of character with the way he was talking to me.  I told him, "hey backup, I'm not the one to be handled like that".  Well, he went on threatening me about contacting my employer, declaration of wages, etc.  I told him my employer had nothing to do with my personal life therefore I didn't appreciate what he was saying.  Well after I finished yelling back at him, he hung up.  About 5 min later, a Ms. Rhodes/Rose called saying she was the manager and apologize to me for his behavior and that she was going to reprimand that fool.  The next day when she called back wanting me to set up arrangements on a PDL from a year ago, I told her I did research and wanted to know if the company she was trying to collect for was licensed in my state to to internet payday loans.  She said she couldn't answer that for me.  So I informed her that I wanted to called the original PDL to see if they were.  I never did though.  I figure why bother?  I was going to play it another way.  Well, I got another call this afternoon while I'm off due to holiday from a guy who sounded like the fool I first spoke with last week.  And he was ever so rude also.  After a screaming match, he hung up.  At that point, I proceeded to call Ms.Rhodes/Rose and was informed that they had no one by that name.  I said "what?".  The the lady tells me to hold on and, spoof, Ms. Rhodes/Rose appears on the phone.  I politely told her I want a letter from them in writing stating the amount I owe, the creditor, etc. because I wasn't giving them a penny.  She said ok and that she would mail it out today.  Fine.  But when I asked for the address to TRS, she first said it will be on the letter.  Then she blurted it out which is on Broadway Street in Kansas City, Mo.  These people are trying to collect that violates the FDCPA.  However, she assured me, herself, that I would receive no more calls from them and apologize once again that my name should not have been in their cue to be called.  Do not let these people intimidate you in no way and scare you into giving them an acct number to debit your acct for bogus charges that they feel necessary to get out of you.  TRS is operating as a collection agence for the parent company First Data or something like that.  And the only way they get paid is if you send them money.

Got my first call frmo them today. I do have a paydayloan I owe them but they have consistently refused to make arrangements with me and now they have tossed the collection to these morons.

The trick you out by using a local number that isn't even theirs. I hung up on him and he called me at work saying he needed to get in touch with my HR department.

I just want to pay what I owe but I know my rights. And they are not taking my wages. Kiss my ass.
