This collections company keeps calling my job. I've told them time and time again to stop. I've suggested them to take me to court and to quit calling my job. I work in a call center the phone lines are for customers and family emergencies. I cannot have personal phone calls. They call very rude and unprofessional. I can't get any information their telephone number is 855-868-2577. Please make them stop calling my job before I get fired.

    I sent them a certified desist & validation request letter on the 4th. Will report back as to if this works or not.

    ALSO: left this part out earlier. I asked her for the address to where I could send a validation letter to; replied "IT DONT WORK THAT WAY SIR!" then said the bit about attempting to collect a debt" before hanging up.

      FDCPA requires debt collectors to accept disputes and validation requests.
      Using intimidation, abuse, and deception to evade validation is a violation of FDCPA.

      Report them to FTC and your state Attorney General.

      I called back and managed to reach an agent named “Billy”. Only providing my name he divulged the following details:

    ·         The last four of my social,

    ·         Mailing address (which is no longer valid for me)

    ·         Email address

     He was able to provide me with the following details of their company

    Number they call me from and was able to reach someone at was a local Orange county # of 949-610-0142

    Total Recovery Stupid idiots.... Collecting on a payday loan in New York State where they are illegal!  From the top to the bottom they are pure scum of the earth. ... Don't deal with them they can't do anything and if they try to sue there dirty pants off!

    i receive numerous calls from 855-868-2577 my job.  Most of the time when the calls are answered i am immediately put on hold, and music plays.  when someone picks up the call, no information is given about the company, and the person on the call makes threats, and continue to harrass during the entire phone call.  Please stop this number from calling my job.

    They called asking for a tim when i asked what this was about they said sorry were not going to break the law
