This collections company keeps calling my job. I've told them time and time again to stop. I've suggested them to take me to court and to quit calling my job. I work in a call center the phone lines are for customers and family emergencies. I cannot have personal phone calls. They call very rude and unprofessional. I can't get any information their telephone number is 855-868-2577. Please make them stop calling my job before I get fired.

LETS FIGHT BACK!!!
About 3 months later I started getting a call from this company TSA- saying that I owed some company $900 dollars an they had a sheriff on the way to serve me papers and needed to verify my address. My response was "if you have my number- then you certainly have my address and I'll be outside waiting for him". He never showed. I called the number back and got a busy signal. The next day- same call. I asked to whoma I owe this money and got no answer- so I hung up. The NEXT day I get a call from my BROTHER-with this company on the line, they told him he cosigned a loan for me and he owed the $900. I have NEVER listted my brother as a cosigner on anything and when I said that on the phone the lady apologized to him and hung up.
Now today- 6 months later they call again and this time actually name the debtor. I explained what happened and the lady told me that I was wrong and they have already begun the process of garnishing my wages. Well- I know in my state wages can only be garnished through a court hearing if done by anyone but the IRS and require written notice. She told me they would garnish $225 per week because that's what I signed in the contract and she actually said they could do that for up to a year. huh? I hung up on her too- but then I called right back and spoke to someone else. I asked the new lady if she could please send me a copy of the contract that the woman had quoted and she told me they do not have contracts. All they are provided with is my name, number, address, email and the amount of the loan in default, I explained that the loan was not in default and she politely gave me the number of the loan company.
FTC has sued payday lenders and debt collectors who make this type of deceptive claim.
You can find consumer attorneys who may take cases for FDCPA violations on contingency through www.naca.net
Write a letter right now saying you are revoking the wage assignment and give a copy to your employer. A Wage Assignment is not upheld as this is voluntary and was not signed with ink it was online so your employer should not garnish your wages as this is against the law TRS needs a wage garnishment from the court in the county you reside in for a garnishment...hope this helps!
Since FDCPA allows courts to award damages and attorney fees if you win, you can often find attorneys who take these cases on contingency.
