Burger King continues to make its own definition of what have it your way means. Yes you read that right. Since the 1970s you could order your whopper with extra mayonnaise cut in half. Due to internal reasons not really know it seems the company changed its policy based on my first inquiry because of an employee injury. Their insurance companies threaten increased insurance cost if the practice of cutting was not stopped. There solution was to offer a knife to customers to cut there own. I suggested they try to find a piece of equipment which could cut it safely. Making it an employee and customer win situation. I guess they forgot who holds them in business. After two years from my direct complaint. They continued the practice and advertising. After my second inquiry thru the Better Business Bureau why they continue to advertise E2809C Have it your way and they had made no changes to meet their advertising slogan. Their written response to me was “Have it your way means the addition or deletion of condiments on their products. Of course we knew that is what “Have it your way” means, Right? To further insult me they included a free Whooper card redeemable at any Burger King with the words on the bottom of the card. “Have It your Way”. I say to Burger King either give it to us our way as it has been the tradition of Burger King for years or stop using the slogan with a twisted meaning to suite your needs.

      HOW DO THIS MAKE SENCE?

the answer is it doesn't, because your typing in [***].

we don't have to wear gloves as there's a strict washing and sanitizing scheme in place.
anyone that ignores the scheme is fired and occasionally fined so don't worry your ill-spelling self over it.

I just left Burger King. For five plus years I have ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce pickles and ketchup with no problems and no extra charge. I placed my order today and was told there is an extra charge for pickles. I said you are charging me to put pickles on a sandwich? She just said yes and offered no further explanation.

Do not under any circumstances go to the BK on Highway 221 in Roebuck SC. This is the nastiest (dirty and flies infested) and rudest (wait 15-20 minutes for an order? Order cheese or bacon and it will be left off, more profit that way! If you don't check your order they will leave out items, again more profits!) BK in the US. The owner is Joe Nix (company name Xinnix). I do not understand why BK Corporate allows this piece of crap to operate. Family run (daughters, sons, etc) so complaining does no good. Joe Nix (Xinnix) I'm going to expose you for what you are. Go to SpartanburgCounty.org click on Register of Deeds and see all the tax liens against them. I have to pay my taxes why don't this gorilla pay his? To top this off my friend went there 6-6-12 was told to wait a minute 2 times. Took his order (1 cheeseburger). Got to window and the female had her back turned. He waited. Finally tapped on window. She took his money and then threw the bag at him. Guess what, she had covered the entire front of the bag with ketchup. He had on a Ralph Lauren shirt and it was ruined. He was going to turn around and go in to confront her but he was so mad he was afraid the cops would charge him with attempted murder. Joe Nix I'm on a mission and I will see you ruined. Oh yeah, he also runs J Bones BBQ.

went to burger king nbr 05807 carlisle pike mechanicsburg pa 717-697-4845 front counter register was closed they were taking all orders by drive thru window arrived before 4 pm 5-14-13 waited for 10-15 mins for svc and them to open up the front counter register. bought $36.08 worth of food they have a two sandwiches for $5.00 3 to choose from i wanted 2 whoppers w/cheese. they wouldn't do it. had to buy two different sandwiches but they let the customer behind us buy 2 whopper's with cheese for $5.00 my daughter didn't the cherry slushy size that she paid for. we asked the mgr to put my grandsons dinner in a separate bag as we were going to drop his off at his work after we left burger king, mgr didn't do that for us, she never spoke to us at all during our visit wife didn't want tomatoes on her burger they had no marker to show what burger was hers. had to yell at the staff there to just give us her whopper w/cheese back. we had to go thru the entire bag once home to find wife's sandwich. they were giving all the lobby customer's food to drive thru customers. had to wait 15-20 mins to get our order we were first in line inside. did not get any adjustment for our bill, no free food for the very long wait no apology's for the crappy svc and giving everyones food away to drive thru's. have it your way no problem, i'll have it my way next time by going somewhere else. everyone working there especially the manager should be working at a pool snack bar somewhere.

I recently started working at Burger King #11275 in Modesto CA.  We have strict safety and sanitation guidelines.   All employees who work near food MUST wear gloves at all times and must wash their hands and put on clean gloves every hour.  We also always try to make sure the customer is very well taken care of.  Now having said that.....the management is horrible! One manager in particular is very unprofessional.  Any grievance she has with an employee she voices in front of the entire restaurant.  When asked about problems she "blows it off" and acts clueless.  How is any problem supposed to be resolved when she can't maturely address the situation?

Hi whiners and complainers of the world. It's unfortunate you all are cry babies but here's something to cheer you up you're not literally starving and crying every night because you haven't eaten anything of substance in days. Like I'm currently living in basically surviving off of tap water and guess who cares... no one. Just one week left until I get paid again hopefully I can survive that long.
