I ordered a window size shower curtain but received a full size one instead. They have a return policy that makes the customer pay return shipping and restocking fee. When I emailed them to explain that it was their fault for sending the wrong item, they never replied. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they sent a reply saying that BedBathStore.com had rectified the situation. BedBathStore.com never contacted me with any kind of response so I told the BBB to keep pressing the complaint. A few weeks later the BBB contacted me again to let me know that BedBathStore.com had assured them that the situation was resolved. Once again BedBathStore.com never contacted me. It is clear that BedBathStore is lying to the BBB and will never resolve this matter.

I ordered 132.00 worth of kitchen curtains. They did not match my kitchen decor.
I followed the instructions for returning the items.
Was NOT told of the 10 percent re-stocking fee when I was ordering!
Countless calls and e-mails to the company with NO response!
I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
This company is ripping people off!
Ordered a product that wasn't right, returned the product, no credit issued. What a sham operation this is.
