I ordered a window size shower curtain but received a full size one instead. They have a return policy that makes the customer pay return shipping and restocking fee. When I emailed them to explain that it was their fault for sending the wrong item, they never replied. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they sent a reply saying that BedBathStore.com had rectified the situation. BedBathStore.com never contacted me with any kind of response so I told the BBB to keep pressing the complaint. A few weeks later the BBB contacted me again to let me know that BedBathStore.com had assured them that the situation was resolved. Once again BedBathStore.com never contacted me. It is clear that BedBathStore is lying to the BBB and will never resolve this matter.

    Hey, bedbathstore, why don't you make your replies more humanized? Or here's a novel idea, answer them yourselves. You say the exact same thing here in your replies no matter what the issue is. What's wrong with you?? You need to reply back to us who have contacted you numerous times in numerous ways. Don't give me your standard speel or we will know you are not doing a thing and DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SOON-TO-BE-EX-CUSTOMERS!!
    Refund my money-price & shipping both ways for the wrong size shams and no restocking fee, as it's your fault.
    Ship my new order that's been saying 'will ship in 24 hours' for a week.
    Please ship, I need those things.

    YOUR COMPANY IS AWEFUL. The product I received (after waiting 2 weeks for it to ship) was cheap and tacky and looked nothing like the picture on the website. You don't cover for returns which will cost me almost as much as the product, especially after the restocking fee and I will NEVER do business with your company again. I will also make sure that everyone I know never does business with your company again. I am stuck with an ugly comfortor that I hate, but will cost me too much to return. Nice way to make sure people keep the [***] you send them. Wish I had found this site before I bought.

    I wish I had found this before placing my order also. The comfortor we ordered arrived after 2 weeks of waiting for it to ship (thought the website said it was in stock) and it was incredibly ugly and tacky. It will however cost me $68 to return it plus the restocking fees. There is no way I will pay that. This company is horrible, worst customer service and return policy ever. Hopefully others will find this before making their purchases. I have learned my lesson and will definitely do more research on the websites I shop from in the future.

    it's June 2011 and I have to report that things have NOT improved with this company!  Customer service is still horrendous!! No I'm sorry in their vocab"!

    Thank you for your posts! I was getting ready to buy $150.00 worth of black out curtains and just read all of these complaints. Thank you so very much as I WILL NOT order from this site.......good luck on your resolutions. Fight for your right to have honorable business.

    I purchased curtains which cost more than $300.  When I received them, they looked nothing like the picture on the Internet.  I shipped them back to the store almost 3 weeks ago, and still have not received credit on my credit card.
    To make matters worse, I ordered replacement curtains before shipping the original order back.  My credit card was charged on April 2nd, and I have still not received the new order.  This company is now holding $500 of my money.
    I am filing a complaint with the State of New York, Department of Consumer Affairs!

    They suck!!!!!!  They have stuff on their website for sell and they dont even have it. They will still take your money and u will wait for it and will never get. U would think they would contact u but they wont. And when u do contact them they say oh sorry we should have it in a few days. Weeks pass and still nothing. Because they say they still dont have it in stock. They still dont try to contact u. U contact them.  Eventually u have to cancel your order. Dont ever order anything from them. Now i have to make sure they put my money back on my card.

    I recently ordered a huge amount of merchandise from this company and in all honesty i received the merchandise in a short time span and when i did speak to customer service they were courteous and very helpful.  Maybe things have changed,  sorry to hear this happened to all of you.
