I ordered a window size shower curtain but received a full size one instead. They have a return policy that makes the customer pay return shipping and restocking fee. When I emailed them to explain that it was their fault for sending the wrong item, they never replied. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they sent a reply saying that BedBathStore.com had rectified the situation. BedBathStore.com never contacted me with any kind of response so I told the BBB to keep pressing the complaint. A few weeks later the BBB contacted me again to let me know that BedBathStore.com had assured them that the situation was resolved. Once again BedBathStore.com never contacted me. It is clear that BedBathStore is lying to the BBB and will never resolve this matter.

    SAS ... who are you? Do you work for Bed Bath Store?  Rather than searching out message boards, maybe you could call or email the people who, like myself, have sent multiple emails and calls to this company.

    I ......  this company and they don't give a damn about you... as long as you give them your cc number that's all that matters and most of the stuff you buy from them aren't worth anything is crap you ppl are buying they buy the product for 150 and sell it for 450 come on stop buying from these ppl

    i ordered a comforter set for school in june and didnt recieve the entire set until november.. horrible service, and rude workers.. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

    I don't have Jennifers order number, but I have the same story with my order as the others.  What BBS advertises is not what you get.  I'm okay with quality, but the valance is not what I ordered based on the picture.  I see from the others that I won't get any help, but I can sew, so I'll take them apart, and do what I wanted in the first place.  Very expense lesson on my part.  Just another reason not order on line.

    I ORDERED SOMETHING THEN RETURNED IT WITHIN A WEEK OR TWO AND THEY ISSUED NO CREDIT AND STILL HAVE MT ITEM,IS THAT NOT FRAUD???

    ordered 4 twin down blankets 12/22. emmalyn told me on 1/5 they were back orderedto be mailed end of jan. i paid $319.96 early feb/ still no blankets. please advise status of order #470025.  thank you
