I've been receiving tones of magazines that I don't want. Van it fair, home garden, ebony etc. When you call the number I can't get anyone it just rings. I called vanity fair and they sated that it was being sent by a 3rd part Keystone circulation

Keep in mind..
If you didn't order it, you don't owe for it. You don't have any obligation to pay for anything you never agreed to, regardless of whether you take any action to "cancel" or "return" anything. Whatever anyone sends you without your agreement to pay for it is legally a "gift", and any demands for payment are fraud.
If you receive a bill for something you didn't order, or start getting harassing demands for payment, file fraud complaints with FTC and your state AG, and a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector.

Same issue for me with vanity fair. Could explain Ebony earlier this year as well. Ebony was kind enough to stop it. I did just call 800-967-3363 which Vanity Fair gave me. I got a person right away who was nice enough to explain it was complimentary from the publisher and it was just for a few issues. I told her to go ahead and cancel as I don't really care for it. She said I may get one more but she would cancel it for me. Very nice person.

I have been receiving Glamour, Vanity Fair, Womens Health & US Weekly in the mail, I never subscribed to either of them, so I called Glamour and was given a # for third party agency, Keystone Circulation Service but to no avail..I saw that many people had not been able to reach someone to resolve or stop the issues and hiven the run around.. I came across another # 800 660 0193 and reached Customer Serv (real live person) I explained the problem and she professionally handled my request to TAKE ME OFF THE LIST..in less than 1 minute..No Run Around and polite..Anyone out there ..if you want to resolve this issue with Keystone call to Get you Off their list..I'm sure yheir are more 3rd party Agencies out there so Good Luck..

I called the publishers of these magazines and was given the Keystone info that everyone has mentioned here. They publishers gave me a phone number of 800-967-3363. The first time I called and said I wanted to cancel, I was hung up on. I called right back and the woman took my info and canceled all my subscriptions. She said it would take one or two more issues before they stopped. I do hope they'll stop. I too never subscribed. If you are getting magazines from this company, don't worry, you will not be charged. As some have previously mentioned, the publishers pay them to increase their circulation. Why? Because magazine advertising rates are set based on the amount of subscribers you have. Therefore, the more subscribers, the more they can charge for advertising.
If you're getting these mags from this company, and you want them, great, keep them. I was concerned about the environment and them constantly clogging my mailbox. Last month I received a Vogue issue that was literally the size of a phone book! Oh, and that these were going straight to the trash. Who reads magazines anymore??

I started receiving magazines that I didn't order also. I called the number given and the representative from Keystone told me they will be cancelled, but I may still receive one or two.

Same problem, I had to call each magazine and I was refer to at least 2 feeding companies. I called and canceled every single one. They all say is a promotion, but i assume they will start charging me at some point. Again i never subscribed to any of this and had to spend time out of my day to cancel individually, the last one was this KeyStone Circulation Services and they never answer but I saw in one of this posts the number 732-750-4554 and it worked. An actual human being answered and told me i have "all" my magazines canceled. So there is hope.. I have received about half of what i usually do and they told me is the residual... I will keep calling until they stop. If anybody knows of a claim or lawsuit or anything being filed to stop this, please let me know i will be happy to join.

Thanks to all that have posted your comments here. My elderly mother began to receive a few of these magazines just out of the blue and we started to get concerned that it was some sort of bill-me-later scam. Thanks to your posts here, I called 800-660-0193 and was able to resolve the issue (or shall I say 'issues') in less than a minute. Very polite lady answered after the first ring: "Customer Service, how may I help you?", and I did not have to do much explaining (probably they are used to this by now), just name & zip and my mom's info and various magazines subscriptions came right up (probably more titles that we had thought!). She explained that the free subscriptions were part of a promotion and I then stated that my mother has no interest in these. The rep offered to send the mags to my home address instead if I was interested, but I declined with a 'thanks, but no thanks', and as most have posted here, I was informed that a couple of issues may still arrive in the interim as they are address-labeled ahead of time. Anyhow, I think it's taken me longer to write this comment that resolving the issue. Again, kudos to the previous posters for the info!

For nearly 6 months now... Ebony, Bon Apetit, Vanity Fair, Women's Health.. but now that US Weekly, comes weekly... I just can't take it any more. Was hoping they were only 1-2 sample/bait issues and that it would stop, but it seems like no end to all of these magazines that I never signed up for. I moved 3 months ago and some of the mags are now coming to my new address, while others are still being delivered to my old address.
I also called 800-967-3363 and a costumer service rep was very kind adn helpful. She explained they were promo copies to try to boost readership/subscriptions that are sent at no cost. She said she woudl remove my name/address from the data base but that I could expect 1-2 more subscriptions to cycle through.
Guess I'll donate the stack I have to a women's shelter.
Thankful for finding this site through a quick google search! Was very helpful, thanks all!

I have received Harper's Bazaar, Glamour and Allure - maybe one other I am not sure. When I phoned Harper's they told me that I was receiving it because publishers try to increase their circulation by giving complementary magazines. So I assumed when I received the magazines that it was complementary. Then I started receiving Allure and Glamour. When I called Glamour I was told Keystone Circulaton Svcs is responsible and was given their number. I called it but was told to leave my own number for a call back on a voice msg - that's not what I want to do - leave my phone number. I will probably try to email Glamour for more information because I am fairly certain the magazines know what Keystone is so they have some responsibility in this if consumers are being hassled after receiving the "free" magazine. There is no way a magazine would continue sending issues for several months without payment. I have ordered magazines in the past and the most they will send you if you forget to pay or renew is one or two issues, from my experience. I don't read these mags - they are mostly fashion mags that don't interest me anymore and I pass them on to others who might like them. However, my original phone call to Harper's Bazaar led me to believe that the publisher was trying to increase circulation and it was complimentary, I was told.

I just called the 800-660-0193 number and was able to cancel promotional subscriptions to Allure and Vogue. Just why publishers seem to think this is a good way to "get" people to start reading magazines again is beyond me. I mean, It's really nothing more than snail mail spam .. and the periodic but ongoing receipt of such is more likely to just piss people off. You can't just send someone a magazine based on nothing more than their name; for example, I'm a guy, and I don't and wouldn't even read either of these magazine in the first place. If publishers are have difficulty selling their magazines, I'm sure it has much to do with the Internet .. and last time I checked that's not going away. Besides, from what I understand, people just don't read as much (in general) anymore. Their attention spans have been intentionally impacted by the addictive technology they have in the palm of their hands. And though that may be a sad state of affairs .. it just is what it is.

I had a similar experience to the others who have posted here. I contacted Vogue (I received Vogue, Allure, Vanity Fair and Architectural Digest - none of which I read nor ordered) and they told me the order was placed by Keystone Circulation. I was given a different number (1-800-967-3363). When I called that number I did get a person who explained the magazines were promotional by advertiser to increase readership. I was advised that I would never be charged and that I should share them with co-workers or family if I don't read them. No indication that I would stop receiving them and this "subscription" doesn't end until 04/2018. I just want them to stop. I have packages of magazines wrapped in plastic that have never been opened. UGH!

I received a Vogue magazine (Dec issue) in the mail yesterday, and I did not order it (of course, or I wouldn't be here). I called Vogue and got the "We can't cancel because it was ordered through Keystone Circulation" response. She gave me a phone number for the NJ office (800-967-3363). Thanks to everyone who has posted on this site, I decided to call the 732-750-4554 number instead. I immediately got a woman who answered "customer service" and she confirmed that she worked for the Keystone Circulation customer service. I told her I had received an issue of the Vogue magazine and I did not order it. She said that was a promotional issue sent to people in my area to boost readership. I told her I wasn't interested and she said she would cancel my membership. I told her "Yes, please" and that is what I wanted. She told me that she will cancel it effective today (12/5/17) but that I might receive another 1 or 2 issues that were already ordered.

I moved put of my parents house 13 years ago and when I went to clean out my I'll parents home discovered that I had magazines delivered in my name still to the house. Not sure why I didn't get a call from my parents about this but when I called Vogue they told me it was from the same company all you are saying here and it was from July 2015 to 2017 of July and cancelled ... I don't even live there no more!!!! This is crazy!!!
