Yes, my elderly parents had been collecting dozens and dozens of weekly US magazines for me in boxes that were under my maiden name. I haven’t used that name OR address in over 20 years! I cancelled that and not much later I got Allure and Glamour! This time the magazine said I had to cancel with Keystone and gave me their ph#. I called and immediately got a woman in the phone who said I was randomly chosen (how lucky). I asked if when the promotion ended would I then be responsible for payment? She said YES! I told her how seedy it all sounded and asked for immediate cancellation of all magazines under my maiden name. She said it was done. Easy. I just hope it’s the end of dealing with this unscrupulous company! Shame on them sending stupid magazines to the elderly.

I never subscribed to US Weekly, Vogue, Glamor, Hola US, Allure or Latina magazines and don't know how to unsubscribe. My credit card company couldn't find charges from Keystone Circulation. I called 800-967-3363 but the recording says all representatives are busy and to leave name and phone number. I want to know how I may unknowingly be paying for these magazines.

Started receiving 2 magazines, Better Homes & Gardens & Glamour. Called Glamour to find out why I was receiving magazines I had not subscribed to and was told this was a third-party subscription through Keystone.  Someone previously posted an e-mail and phone number (service@keystonecirculation.com or call us at 1-800-660-0193). I looked up the website and found them at keystonecirculation.com where they list some FAQ.  Apparently a "renewal notice" will be sent out and at that point I can decide whether to keep the subscription or do nothing and the subscription will be cancelled. Oh, and when I spoke with Glamour they said that they could suspend my subscription but they could not cancel it, only Keystone could cancel, so I asked that the subscription be put in suspense. When I called the numbers I was given for Keystone, the call did not go through, message I received was that the call failed, so don't know if these 800 numbers are only good during their working hours.

    PS
I called 800-660-0193 and spoke to someone right away. The magazines give away subscriptions in hopes that you will renew after 1 - 2 years. Just call and tell them you want them to stop.

*** Very rude customer service ***

This is the email I just sent to Keystone Circulation Services:-

'I am writing to complain about your customer service lady who answered the phone on Saturday 8/24/19 at 9 am CST.  I called 1-800-967-3363 to cancel a subscription for Vogue magazine.  I have been receiving Vogue and I never subscribed for it.  When I told her this, she started rambling on and on about something which I did not understand.  When I asked her who added my name to the subscription, she got very rude.  These were her exact words:- "if you had paid attention and listened to me you would have heard …"  I told her to stop being rude and I asked her name.  She would not tell me her name and she hang up on me.  When I called again and asked for the manager, she told me she is the manager.  When I asked for her name, she hang up on me.  I then went to Google to find another number 1-800-660-0193 and she was still the same person answering.

I do not appreciate my contact information being used to send me things I am not interested in.  And I certainly do not appreciate some random person being rude to me when I call to cancel a subscription that I did not initiate and when I enquire as to who put my name for it.

I look forward to hearing back from your organization regarding my grievances as soon as possible.

    Thank you"

Ok. So Keystone Circulations Services is a joke. Thank you for whom ever posted a number with a real human. 800-660-0193 this is a number where I got all the magazines cancelled (fingers crossed) this is the number to Magazine Reward Center I spoke with a very sweet women who reassured me everything was ok. Im still going to let my banks/cards know and may put a report to FTC to make sure my identity didn't get stolen. P.s I did find out that they got my address from company that I could've ordered from- Maybe Amazon? Or from a dentist office ect. Which i feel like is a Hippa violation but now I'm going to be alot more careful what I agree to when I order things. May even delete Amazon. Depends how much damage has been done.
