The company PeakLife offers a fourteen day trial offer for a natural sleep aid product called Somnapure. They pretend to need your credit card only for postage of the free product. Little do you know that they are putting you on a subscription and will be charging you $74.98 a month for the product that they keep sending you. What's even more disturbing is that they seem to be in alliance with GNC, which is a major Vitamin and health products company. Be wary of these guys. DO NOT get taken by their free trial offers. They are deceitful and highly mercenary. I had to close my credit card account in order to get off their subscription.

    It was not clear on the website that this is a trial subscription.  I found the charge for $74.98 was charge this weekend.  I have called the company, canceled my subscription and received an RMA number to ship back the product when it arrives.  I will have to wait for the company to refund my money.

    The supplement contains 3 mg of melatonin which you can pick up for about $5 at the grocery store.  I have not found this product to be any more effective that melatonin by itself.

      I  tried Somnapure for two nites---saw no difference---called them and said I was returning the remaining pills

      asked for my remaining money back.  I packed the box very well---mailed it 3 weeks ago and haven't heard

      from the Co. Do you happen to know their 1-800 no.?  Or who to call with a complaint? They, of course billed

      my credit card!

        1-877-869-3304.  I do like the product.  I do not like the deceitfulness of the company and their representative.  My sample only cost my 2.99 but I did not understand that I was signing up for autoship and that costs like 39.00 per 30 day supply. Chg'd my card and refuse to credit.   Unless you keep wanting to cancel and they'll offer you the VIP special for 19.99.  They told me Walmart was more expensive.  NOT TRUE.  It is less than twelve dollars at our local Walmart for 30 tablets. I was able to cancel subscription but no refunds given to me.

          Ty for phone nu in transitmber. I called when i saw a charge for $34.99 in mhat a rip off n ut didnt worky bank.  They said the pills were in route so i have to refuse it n send back n when they get it i gdt all but 4.99 shipping back.

    I also was not aware that you would be sent and billed for additonal product. I called and they said that they hadn't had any complaints of people not seeing that they would be billed for additional product. After reading the above complaints, I know they were lying to me. They gave me a RMA no. to return when it arrives. This had better be the end of it.

    I cannot subscribe to somnapure.  It may be a great product but the actual objective is to get your credit card information charge your account until you stop the subscription, then go through a process of getting your money refunded.  I won't call it a "scam" but it can be disguised as a deceptive method to take funds from thousands who are unaware.
