Charged for service I didn't order

I had a charge on my credit card from DRITREND MICRO ORDERFIND.COM  MN for $76.45.  I did not order anything from that company and would like to have a refund on my credit card.  Please advise.

    My credit card statement came today with a charge noted:
    April 6, Dri*Trend Micro Orderfind Commn, 38.92.

    I have not ordered nor requested any software. This is a fraudulent charge and I am calling my credit card company now to inform them of this fraud.

    On the 30 MarS the charge me 62.95 on my AMEX .
    Never ask for that .

      I read the previous message and there was the phone number so I called them and they refunded the unauthorized billing.
      Must check next credit card invoice.

    I received a charge of $38.92 and it was from a renewal service for something I bought last year.  It's real easy to get your refund back. Simply call the number 952-646-5980 (I got this off of the trend website) and listen to the instructions - it will tell you to stay on the line for refunds and other items and then tell you to press 1 and you will speak to someone directly.  The lady was super nice and very understanding. I was able to cancel the automatic renewal and get a full refund, she said it would take up to 5-7 days depending on my bank.  Hope this helps people in the future.

      This post is spot on; I called the supplied number (952-646-5980) quickly connected with a representative and resolved the issue.

    this on my credit card.  I no longer need your services.

    I have been charges of $44.95 on my credit card.   I never purchased, ordered or  auturized any payment to this company. Refund the amount on my credit card. I notified my bank manager and the local autority.

    i was charged   $62.95  on my credit card and did not order this ,i no longer are ever new i had this serves,don't use it so why be charged for it.the date charged was may 11,2012.please credit  my card back and cancell as of  today 6/15/2012

    I too am a victim of their scam and I do mean Scam. There is no accounting accident or people would be raving of errors in their favor.
    It was between January and February of this year when my check debit account was charged $103.61 for an automatic renewal for an anti virus software I never authorized or ordered or received. After calling them they reimbursed/credited my account.
    On May 1, 2012 my account was again charged $103.61 for the same product I did not authorize. Since then I've tried to recover my money without much success yet. There was a new twist to their Scam, HONESTLY!!! When I called TM,they claimed they had  no record of charging my bank for the amount.
    I called my bank and went there also so I could file a dispute. When my bank got back to me all they could say is I needed to resolve this with Trend Micro first before they can get involved. My bank also said Tren
    After calling Trend Micro again who still claimed they had no record of the transaction, They requested I send Bank statements showing the charges in question by FAX. Being that I do not own a fax or copy machine, my task now became difficult as I am also disabled.
    I was able to fulfill there request and fax the documents to them today but quite frankly I am not optimistic about it. I also feel my Bank shagged on their responsibility so I would do their work.

    I also had an unauthorized automatic renewal of $71.95 charged to my credit card. I called an above mentioned number of 1-877-229-1377 and spoke to a very helpful guy who seemed very familiar with this type of complaint.  He has promised to cancel the auto renewal and reverse the charge which should show up on the next credit card statement.  This was very painfree.....and hopefully all will be corrected.

    I was charged $62.95 and have never ordered any software from this company nor have I ever heard of it.  It's a good thing I have American Express and they take care of everything.

    I was charged for a renewal, $68.93. I used the antivirus software for a couple of years, but a virus got into my old computer and the computer stopped functioning, so I did not install Trend Micro onto my new computer. Anyway, I blocked my debit card and asked for a new one from the bank. I also contacted Trend Micro customer support...800-864-6027. The customer service individual said she stopped any future auto renewals and authorized a refund of the money that was taken from my account. She said it will be a 5 to 7 day wait before the money is credited to my account. The representative was very pleasant and helpful. Maybe some of the above complaints were helpful. We will see for sure in 5 to 7 days.
    The representative also said they sent an email for me to authorize renewal. On searching my email account I did find that email. In the email in fine print is the option to cancel the auto-renewal. I have pasted that below. I hope this information is helpful to anyone else who has problems.

    Auto-Renewal Plan Terms
    As a participant in the auto-renewal plan, you authorize Digital River, a Trend Micro reseller, to automatically renew your Trend Micro product license for successive one (1) year renewal terms, and to bill each renewal fee to the payment method you provided to Digital River, until you cancel or Digital River discontinues your participation in the auto-renewal plan. Your renewal fee for each automatic license renewal will be the retail price of a one (1) year license, plus applicable taxes and fees, plus any discounts for which you are eligible due to your participation in the auto-renewal plan.
    You will receive at least one email to remind you of each upcoming renewal through the auto-renewal plan before we renew your license and bill your selected payment method, which email will include your license renewal price. You must ensure Digital River has a current email address on file in order to send these emails, and that the digitalriver.com domain is not blocked by your spam filtering software. You may cancel your participation in the auto-renewal plan at any time. Please note that if you discontinue automatic renewals, you must manually renew to ensure uninterrupted use of your product license.

    I will bet my house that not even 3 of you ever read the fine print when you buy anything, and then you get up on your soapboxes and whine about illegal activity and fraudulent charges. I'm sure every one of you consented to these charges. If you didn't read what you acknowledged reading, it's not their fault.

    I was charged 61.95 by my request to renew, which didn't happ. As a result I got a FBI virous and cost 200.00 to fix including a different protection.

    I have a charge of $67.51 for DRI Trend Micro on my credit card too.  Did not purchase.  Will notify my Credit card company ASAP.

    I had the same charge of 74.60 ... I did not order anything. I called my bank right then and they stopped it.
    had to report my card stolen and ask for a new card. I did that.. I'm so glad I found this site because I had no idea what it was until now. I have trend Micro but am paid till next year. No emails were sent to me and I certainly did not order anything else from them.

    Ihave been charged $36.95 for a recurring debit payment by Trend Micro 11/15/12 for services I do n ot have with them.I closed my account with Trend Micro more than a year ago because the did not provide the services and security they were supposed to, In addition they have billed a card number no longer in use.

    I have been charged 35.95 for something i did not order! I have turned this over to my credit card company fraud dept, hope that every one is aware of this scam! I hope they r punished!!
