I had a charge on my credit card from DRITREND MICRO ORDERFIND.COM MN for $76.45. I did not order anything from that company and would like to have a refund on my credit card. Please advise.

I have not ordered nor requested any software. This is a fraudulent charge and I am calling my credit card company now to inform them of this fraud.
Never ask for that .
Will phone AMEX .

It was between January and February of this year when my check debit account was charged $103.61 for an automatic renewal for an anti virus software I never authorized or ordered or received. After calling them they reimbursed/credited my account.
On May 1, 2012 my account was again charged $103.61 for the same product I did not authorize. Since then I've tried to recover my money without much success yet. There was a new twist to their Scam, HONESTLY!!! When I called TM,they claimed they had no record of charging my bank for the amount.
I called my bank and went there also so I could file a dispute. When my bank got back to me all they could say is I needed to resolve this with Trend Micro first before they can get involved. My bank also said Tren
After calling Trend Micro again who still claimed they had no record of the transaction, They requested I send Bank statements showing the charges in question by FAX. Being that I do not own a fax or copy machine, my task now became difficult as I am also disabled.
I was able to fulfill there request and fax the documents to them today but quite frankly I am not optimistic about it. I also feel my Bank shagged on their responsibility so I would do their work.

The representative also said they sent an email for me to authorize renewal. On searching my email account I did find that email. In the email in fine print is the option to cancel the auto-renewal. I have pasted that below. I hope this information is helpful to anyone else who has problems.
Auto-Renewal Plan Terms
As a participant in the auto-renewal plan, you authorize Digital River, a Trend Micro reseller, to automatically renew your Trend Micro product license for successive one (1) year renewal terms, and to bill each renewal fee to the payment method you provided to Digital River, until you cancel or Digital River discontinues your participation in the auto-renewal plan. Your renewal fee for each automatic license renewal will be the retail price of a one (1) year license, plus applicable taxes and fees, plus any discounts for which you are eligible due to your participation in the auto-renewal plan.
You will receive at least one email to remind you of each upcoming renewal through the auto-renewal plan before we renew your license and bill your selected payment method, which email will include your license renewal price. You must ensure Digital River has a current email address on file in order to send these emails, and that the digitalriver.com domain is not blocked by your spam filtering software. You may cancel your participation in the auto-renewal plan at any time. Please note that if you discontinue automatic renewals, you must manually renew to ensure uninterrupted use of your product license.

had to report my card stolen and ask for a new card. I did that.. I'm so glad I found this site because I had no idea what it was until now. I have trend Micro but am paid till next year. No emails were sent to me and I certainly did not order anything else from them.
