I had a charge on my credit card from DRITREND MICRO ORDERFIND.COM  MN for $76.45.  I did not order anything from that company and would like to have a refund on my credit card.  Please advise.

    so how safe is it to use a debit card to pay trend mico i do not have auto. i called lastyear and had them canceli it my desk top mico trend is due in january 11 2014,

    I just foolishly purchased Trend Micro's Titanium Anti-Virus and was notified after my order was completed of the auto-renew program.

    There is class action suit from a few years ago over the same issue.  I asked them to remove, now I am hoping that they will.

    I did not order service from Dri trend micro and they charged me $80.95 to my visa credit card.    I will dispute this with my bank, and I see I am not the only one having the same problems with this company.

    I agree with everyone else. It appeared on my American Express card and American Express has stopped payment to this company and put them on a do not pay list. Plus it appears on a card I don't even use anymore.

    I was charged 38.83 which i did not authorize. I canceled trend micro and am still being billed for it I WANT IT STOPPED NOW AND WANT A REFUND. And I've noticed I'm not the only one being ripped off .

    My American Express card was charged $38.83 four days ago by Dri*Trend Micro which I did not authorize. I called AmEx and disputed the charge and then looked the company up on Internet. This site explains it all. I don't know they even got my card #. If you see a charge, go immediately to your credit card company, not Dri*Trend, and report it.

    We have been charged $391 on our visa card, had no dealings with the company at all...
    will now investigate with bank. thanks for the info

    I have a double charge on my statement as of 5/17 and I want both of them refunded as I already had paid for a year's subscribtion.

    I never renewed automatic payments for this software to my credit card! I haven’t used this software in years!!! I have been charged once every year since 2011 and the price keeps increasing! I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS

    I also got a charge on New Years day on my statement.  My wife died that day and this is a load of crap.
