I had a charge on my credit card from DRITREND MICRO ORDERFIND.COM  MN for $76.45.  I did not order anything from that company and would like to have a refund on my credit card.  Please advise.

    This is ridiculous and illegal!! DRI*TREND MICRO ORDERFIND.COM took out $38.92.

    Wewere charged $71.95 and did not authorize it either.  

    i am currently on hold with the secind rep as well....uggghhh.  Who has time for this?!!!!!!!

    On 12/19/20121,DRI*NICON charged my Visa account with a charge of $3,653.33 for product(s) or service(s)
    processed through "orderfind.com" in Minnesota. I have contacted Visa and the card and account have been closed at my request. At the same time, I noted an unauthorized charge of $313.32 to "hotels.com" in Washington state. Neither charge was authorized and I have not been out of my state in over 4 years.

    Don't call the number that "K" says will connect you to DRI MICRO TREND, it leads you to a "chat line" where you can talk to "interesting Guys or Gals".  What a jerk K.

    I just discovered an $80.95 charge on my credit card statement.  Not cool DRI MICRO TREND.  This is not the way to build your business.  I disputed the charge with my credit card company and I'll never use DRI MICRO TREND.  Their underhanded tactics leave a bad taste in your mouth, that's for sure.  Who wants to do business with a company like that, they should be shut down.

    Trend micro attempted to renew with no authorization on a card that had been cancelled and replaced by the bank when they feared an information leak.  They sent me an email saying the sent me a bill.  I will not be paying this bill

    I have not used DRI MICRO TREND for at least 6 to 8 months. I did not order this and do not need it. You went into my bank account and help yourself.  I want my money back..

    I have been charge $80.95 for renewal of this product I no longer have use, and no longer have a computer that uses tTrend Micro. Please cancel charges to my credit card.

    Same thing happened to me. I purchased a computer from best buy in 2007. I never used trend micro and was never billed for it until march 2013. I saw the charge on a credit card I have not used in four years. I called trend, after speaking to three different people and complained about fraud, they said they would refund the money. What a scam that is. You have to be careful when you buy computers from best buy.

    I was charged $82.95 on 4/24 for your service which I did not order.  I am on fixed income and cannot afford this chg, nor do I need this service. I went thru this several years ago and do not want this done to me again.  Please credit my card for this charge rite away.

    I had two charges from this account, one was  a download fee of 20.00 and another was a charge of 219.00! I've no idea who this co. even is and sure as heck didn't authorize anything like this! You can bet I will find out and they will pay up!!
