On Tue, Mar 12, 2019 at 10:52 AM Hello Jessica,
Thank you for the pictures. I am sorry to hear of your husbands passing. I understand the need to move on this quickly. I am very interested and would like to meet with you, to see the trailer and make the transaction/transfer. When and where would be a good time? I live in concord and am available anytime during daylight hours. I would be paying with a cashiers check so would I have that made out to you (Jessica Gardner)? Would we need to have the title notarized when you sign it over? Does the trailer have current tags on it?
Also I would like to thank you for your service.

I just noticed a new one in Minneapolis from JessicaGardner70@gmail.com . This scam is titled Clean Orange Enclosed 2014 Trailer - $1000 https://minneapolis.craigslist.org/ank/tro/d/ ... 6840931277.html I responded but quickly found this thread. Funny how some people work harder at NOT working than if they would just get a job.

Hello,
My name is Julie and I'm the owner of the 2004 Fleetwood Jamboree 30U. This RV is in great shape .(fully self contained sleeps eight comfortably One queen size walk around private bedroom With private bump beds this trailer is extremely clean no problems at all just recently put five brand new tires and replace the air-conditioning like brand new microwave and stove Full kitchen). It is in immaculate condition, meticulously maintained and hasn't been involved in any accident... The title is in my name and is clear. I am selling it at this final price of $4,000 because my husband died 2 month ago (he had a heart attack) and it brings me bad memories and I, along with my daughter decided to sell the house and so we moved in Omaha trying to start a new life. That's the reason why I want to sell it asap and my last price is $4,000 including delivery to your home address.
It has all the red flags of a scam: "husband died...brings bad memories," they won't meet you because they "moved," will supposedly deliver the RV to you.
Julie35regan@gmail.com is now posting ads for a Bendron 7 x 16 Black Enclosed cargo trailer.

No private seller offers a "7 day trial" and sends you a trailer sight unseen. eBay does not "prearrange any deal" for any sale outside of their site. And of course, the well-worn "deployment" story - the excuse to avoid a face-to-face meeting.
The person, whoever he or she is stopped communicating after I replied to the "Right now I'm stationed at Offutt AFB, Nebraska" sob story, as follows,-
"OK, let's see if I understand. I haven't done a transaction in this fashion before. I have purchased items from eBay but nothing that allowed a number of days to inspect/test. I usually just purchase an item and wait for the item to show up in the mail. When purchasing items that require a title transfer and tag both the seller and I will go to the Tag Agency and complete the sale and title transfer together.
Where is the trailer currently located to do the inspect/test? Do you have a Florida title or do I have to transfer the title from a different State to Florida? Do you have a URL link to direct me to the trailer listing on eBay? Do you have an eBay URL link I can go to that explains eBay's process?"

Hello,
I am interested in the trailer that you have listed in this craigslist AD (https://charlotte.craigslist.org/tro/d/charlo ... 6836515954.html). Is it still available? If so when would be a good time to come take a look?
I live in concord.
