Several months ago my family and I attended a home show in Maine.  We filled out an entry form for a I believe it was a Lowes card.  The guy at the booth we remember because he was dirty looking, had a huge belly, a moustache, and rotting teeth. He said he worked for Lowes when we asked him. Since about two or three days after we filled out the entry form we have been called by about half dozen vacation company's, several window company's, and assorted other home improvement company's.  Was emptying out my pocketbook yesterday and found one of their entry forms.  I do remember the filthy man telling us one entry per family, so I guess I had started to fill out form then threw it in pocketbook and forgot about it.  On the back of the entry it says JC Swain Enterprise.  Why is this company selling my information, and why did that filthy man lie?

Jcs is not a scam. I've worked there for years and have the people I've booked to the resorts call me back or I call them back after they toured . I've had two complaints and that's because they showed up late and the doors were locked. All you have to do is show up on time. You must be slow or have a mental issue if you think it's a scam. We've also had are people attend these tours as people that were selected for the airline tickets. No scam just numb people.

LOL "slow or have mental issues" thank you for proving how much of a scum bag the employees of jcs are. Making fun of people that don't fall for your [***] scams. It is a scam because we never included all of the details and hidden fees.

I agree with Anom. They do disclose details. They are not hidden. It’s NOT a scam. People get upset because there’s something they don’t understand and something was probably lost in their conversation. It’s sad because they are missing out on a good thing!

This actually isn't a scam at all. You get the gifts for going to a 2 hr presentation . Pretty simple. Don't write your name down on something without reading what the hell its for ... common sense. I've done these promotions had friends and my mom went too all different companies that JCS contacted us for and and the jcs rep was very knowledgeable and honest and then sent me an email with all of it in writing . Free tickets and you have to pay for your hotel. So half your vacations is paid for if not more. Surprises me ppl get pissed off over getting a great deal for two hours of your time . My mom went to Europe with her tickets they were all paid  for it was over $3,000 for 2 tix (that she got from jcs/their travel company) she paid like $200 in airline taxes and my parents spend almost $2,000 on the hotel. Was a great deal !!! They paid for more than half the trip .

I agreed to go to a Wyndham hotel for a preview of their vacation resorts in exchange, I will receive 4 round-trip airline tickets.  If I go this week, I also receive a $100 gift card.  Should I keep this appointment or is it a waste of my time?

If you look up anything online you will find bad reviews, there are over 7 billion people on this planet, so needless to say, there will always be someone who doesn't like you, your company, or your product. I have had plenty of customer call me back to thank us because they would have never been able to take a family vacation had it not been for there package. everything we tell our customers is 100% true, the customers that get upset over "being mislead" are normally people who just didn't listen to everything we said, also we send EVERYTHING out to the customer in writing, so they can also look over all term and conditions prior to their appointment.

You cannot make 100% of people happy 100% of the time.  There will always be complaints or disgruntled people.  I can personally say JCS handles ALL complaints or concerns 100% of the time, as this is part of my job and I sincerely care about the consumers AND the employees.  They really do care about consumers and go above and beyond to take care of anyone who calls with concerns or are not happy. There is never a "winning" and if people misconstrue "winning" with "promotional offer" than JCS tries their best to explain exactly what consumers are getting.  The "gifts" are 100% true, consumers get all of the "gifts" they are promised and also get confirmation emails that explain the whole promotional offer. JCS is an equal opportunity employer, meaning everybody has an equal opportunity to work. There may be people at JCS who are on drugs, as can be at any company anywhere in this day and age, however, if you are suspected of being on drugs you are tested and depending on the findings, yes you will be fired, additionally there are some very upstanding, educated people that work for JCS. Unfortunately, the employees who get fired are not happy and make it a point to point fingers and make untrue accusations without taking responsibility for their own actions and reasons for being fired. I would really hope that potential employees or consumers would do their homework a little more constructively and in depth before listening or reading a few negative posts.  As I take my job very very serious, I wanted to put a little more positive spin out there.

Oh I am by far from a disgruntled employee. I am someone who feels that the conduct I witnessed during my employment there is unethical and feel it is my civic duty to warn potential customers and individuals who are interested in working there about who you people really are. Scumbag junkies.

I am an employee of JCS Enterprises. I am 58 years old and very aware of my surroundings. The owner of the company, John Swain has made it his mission to drug test his employees in order to work in an environment that is drug free. He only recently had to let a person go because of suspected drug use. I can honestly say I haven't seen any suspicious activity at JCS as of late.

This business is by far the MOST unprofessional establishment I have ever seen. The employees cuss at the supervisors and even go as far as fist fighting with their other colleagues. Half of the employees are also drug addicts. The restrooms are highly unsanitary and would not pass a health inspection. The office itself is trashy too. I fully believe that the owner(s) also rip off their employees as well, and this has been noticed by several employees, but it's a difficult thing to prove because they are not allowed to call back a customer to confirm that they went to their appointment. Now I'm not saying what they advertise is a scam, but the business itself is pure chaos. I fully understand why some people work there though. It's not because they actually enjoy it, but it's because they either can't find other work do to priors or they need something mindless. However, no matter how hard it is for you to find a job, don't work for JCS because it does have the worst reputation and if you go to apply somewhere else, they may not hire you because you worked there. Also, just don't work there to maintain a little dignity and respect for yourself; unless you're a drug addict, then by all means work there because they really don't care. I will be doing whatever it takes to get this company fined or shut down. The owners can't cover up everything and they will eventually get caught and pay for their unethical behavior.

I currently work for this company and it's not true what this person is claiming . Yes some people at any job are going to have substance abuse issues but it's no worse than at your local favorite spot to eat and you still choose to dine there . And focusing on the owners past issues  and mistakes dosent make you any better of a person John is a good boss and he treats his employees like gold and with respect and yes that's probably because he makes a lot a lot off us . To say the operation and pitch is a scam is a lie, if a rep lies then that's on them but I know they are very serious now adays about us all following the script and behind honest pending termination .. ###disclaimer you are going to to 2 hour presentation in return for this package . I am very honest with every person I deal with and at the end of the pitch it's either for them or it's not .. I'm not going to lie to them to get them to attend
