Several months ago my family and I attended a home show in Maine.  We filled out an entry form for a I believe it was a Lowes card.  The guy at the booth we remember because he was dirty looking, had a huge belly, a moustache, and rotting teeth. He said he worked for Lowes when we asked him. Since about two or three days after we filled out the entry form we have been called by about half dozen vacation company's, several window company's, and assorted other home improvement company's.  Was emptying out my pocketbook yesterday and found one of their entry forms.  I do remember the filthy man telling us one entry per family, so I guess I had started to fill out form then threw it in pocketbook and forgot about it.  On the back of the entry it says JC Swain Enterprise.  Why is this company selling my information, and why did that filthy man lie?

Well its very obvious that alot of these comments are from former ex employees of the said company.  On that note my husband and i recieved a call as well about an entry form we filled out at a car show in Ny and altho we thought it was for a car jcs called us with amazing news about 4 round trip airline tickets if we did a TIMESHARE tour at the wyndham resort in Manhattan Nh. Mind you the rep on the phone was very open and honest about it being a timeshare presentation " but we didnt have to buy anything" we agreed and went to our tour on said date and we where givven everything we where promised. The airfair tickets and a dinning card. It was not in any means a high preasure tour. To be honest it was extremly cut and dry. So people sitting on this site saying bad things just because they where fired or habe heard bad things need to stop. If jcs ever called me and my husband to take another tour we WOULD in a second. And fyi jsc is representing Wyndham hotels and if you didnt know wyndham resort is a 5 plus star resort and EXTREMLY high class. Well maybe that explains it . Sounds to high class for people such as yourselfs..

Ps very thankful for the opportunity to tour and recieve my airfair thank you JCS

As there is no Manhattan in NH you must have been dipping into the free fairy dust.  I would suggest selecting the free Atlas before you post a fake story next time. This isn't the Boston Globe buddy

I agree with tammy. I myself had nothing but a great experience with my tour at Wyndham in PA. And the rep at jcs whom set everything up for us was very open and honest and nothing THEY stated during the call was [***]. We recieved everything we where promised and than some.. stop trying to make this company sound horrible. Everything in life is ABOUT taking chances and sometimes you have bad experiences and sometimes you good ones. Thank god i took the tour because soon i and my wife will be sitting on a beach soaking up the sun and thats no thanks to jsc for allowing us the opportunity to recieve or tickets thank you to JCS

Went to Home Show in Sarasota Florida a couple weeks ago, now we are getting calls from varies companies such as JC Swain Enterprises. They either say that you won a free trip or won a prize or or gift....none are true.  Don't waste your time.

I worked there for a couple weeks. That's all it took for me to leave. I did get along with a few co workers but the rest were miserable or stuck up. Management plays favorites, one of the managers is banging the owner..wonder how he became a manager...bathrooms were disgusting. The office was filthy. No benefits except for paid time off after a year. They tell you on your 1st day it's $10 per hour but you have to work 35 plus hours a week. I had no issue with that. What I did have an issue with is that they could change your rate of pay to $7.75 per hour if you work under 35 hours. The owner is an [***] to the reps. He's only nice to the managers. If you are thinking about working here, DON'T DO IT!!

Wyndham timeshare scam. Everyone wins 4 round trip airline tickets that you could never use. If you fall for this scam please file a complaint with BBB for JCS and Wyndham hotels. bbbinquiries@wyn.com

there is no limit to the lengths these people will go to to scam good people. The owner and chief operating officer is a multiple offender and felon. There are hundreds of complaints and lawsuits against this scoundrel that are all eerily familiar.

If you or someone you love has fallen victim to one of these bait and switch vacation scams please speak up! This type of marketing is unscrupulous and dangerous. These felons collect customer credit card information and target their victims through scam raffles. You should contact the organizer of the event you attended where your private information was snatched. Then file a complaint with the New Hampshire Better Business Bureau. If the representative identifies the sponsor resort you should also file a complaint against them for selling your private data under false pretenses to convicted felons. If everyone speaks up someone will end this sham

It's the fine print, where they usually figure you won't read. It's where they always hide the good stuff. I don't carry a magnifying glass with me.
