I have received these same calls for months...I have started documenting them. Hopefully these people get what they deserve!

    I began getting calls from 312-982-7910 about 2 weeks ago. I don't know the number, so I rejected them at first. Before long I was getting 5-6 calls per day, so today I finally picked up. I asked who was calling, and he said GE home security. I told him that they'd been bothering me with these calls, and the guy said that he was putting me on their do not call list, sarcastically said have a nice day and hung up. Immediately I began getting calls from "Unkown". Four times in the last 4 hours. I can't answer, and I can't call back to give them a piece of my mind, because there's "no number". I suspect that the jerk is now using his own cell phone and blocking his number. What would be the purpose of making calls that the recipient can't answer? Harassment. No legitimate company would behave in this manner. All I can do now is hit "reject" when they call. This has to stop.

      I just signed up at the national do not call registry, for what it's worth.

      That call registry takes time. The best thing is to do until it takes effect is to just screen your calls with your answering machine. Let your family know you are doing this. If they repeatedly do not get a person they stop after a while. Good luck.  The call registry will work eventually for a lot of the calls. Also be sure to register for your state one as well.  Also, non profits are still allowed to call you, just FYI.

        I've been on the Do Not call registry for years.  I also do not pick up the phone when these calls come in, for about 3 months now.  Nothing seems to work.

      Call newkirk's office at the number listed earlier in this thread,... threaten to have his sorry azz disbarred for moral turpatude due to his involvement with this scam,... then listen to him stuuter,... it is worth the laugh,...

    1 203-318-9279 this is the number that calls me every day! I'm so tired of it. I call back and all it says if you want your number taken out of call list press one. And they still call. I've spoken to the guy like 3 Times. He says he'll take me off the list but does not.

      Do not call them back or press 1, that tells them it is a live number with a person!  It gets you more calls.  Register for national and state do not call registries. You have to update every few years.  Until that takes effect, 30 days? screen your calls and let the solicitors go to your answering machine. That will stop a lot of them, when they do not get a real person.  That is what I have done and it is really worked for me.  Non profits are still allowed to call you.  OH and the IRS will never call you.  Google that, never give those calls any info.

    I am so sick and tired of "Jason with GE Alarm System calling me twice a week!! This has also been going on for months now. Calls come from 1-214-974-9674.

    I received a call today, when I asked the guy to put me on Do Not call list, the pleasant conversation turned not so. He got aggressive and said "well if you are going to be rude I am going to put you back in the call rotation." and hung up.  I tried to call the number back and it is not a valid number, they use re-dialers so you cannot call them.  I called one of the numbers above, got referred to their legal dept and reported it. These callers do NOT represent GE!  This is a scam!  This is why I keep a land line. For these calls and any time I have to list my phone number. That keeps my cell phone for only the people I want to give the number to.  While I am on it, any call over the phone claiming to be from the IRS is fake. NEVER give them any info.  The IRS does not call people. You can google it.

    Everybody,... call that schister ambulance chaser Newkirk at the number listed above,... he lied to me in 2 seconds by contridicting himself in back to back statements. He has to be involved with this,... LISTEN TO HIS VOICE AND TELL ME HE DOESN'T SOUND LIKE THE RECORDED VOICE YOU FIRST HEAR ASKING IF YOU ARE A HOME OWNER,... I threatened that low life with legal acton today and the calls STOPPED TODAY, .... once you are done with him,... CALL THE NORTH CAROLINA STATE BOARD OF INSURANCE AND COMMERCE, ... ASK TO SPEAK TO THE BAR LICENSING OFFICE,... FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM AND REQUEST HE BE DISBARRED ON THE GROUNDS OF MORAL TURPATUDE DUE TO HIS INVOLVEMENT WITH THIS TELEMARKETING SCAM,.... LET'S GET THAT LOW LIFE DISBARRED,... he will be living beneath an over pass and selling pencils out of a tin cup when we are thru,...

    A company claiming to be GE security calls me from 720-639-8096 as well as from 704-228-0513 (Steve from GE) 1-3 times a day. I mess with them A LOT.

    They often call during school hours, so I've asked the caller to hold while I finished our read-aloud paragraph. They actually answer a textbook question that is directed to them before starting their schpeal. Which makes my kid laugh under his breath.

    Another time, I began a lengthy explaination of all of our financial hardships from dollar hotdogs for our one meal a day to the car not passing inspection this month (bad rotors, break pads not working, steaking wheel squeaking when you turn at 6mph, broken seat belts...). They don't curse at me, but they don't stop calling either.

    I've  pressed 5 when I call back to be removed from their call list, but it does no good. Imo, the longer I can keep that one scammer on the phone with me the less time that individual has to successfully scam someone else. My parents get the home security, windows hackers, and Publishers Clearing House on their home phone throu Time Warner Cable. We had to turn off the caller ID on the TV because it was constantly flashing from solicitor calls.

    The woman at  the lawyers office just told me they had nothing to do with the company. She said they only set up the corporation. When I asked her for the corporations number she said "once we establish the corporation their file goes into storage and they have not further contact" I responded with every time I get an annoying phone call that I will call their office to annoy them. I'm also giving them the worst address in New Jersey to come out and give an estimate. For those of you that do not live in the Garden State please Google Camden, NJ and Newark, NJ ........MOOOOOHAHAHA

    Got these calls early in the morning to 9 pm at night.  Asked the man to take us OFF his list, he just hangs up on me.  He called again this morning and woke me up, and I reminded him that he was already told several times to take us off his calling list, and he hung up on me.  I blocked him *60 right after the call, then #01# and it should register the call on my phone to block him.  Same man, same number, caller ID comes up "Security" on a local number 360 209-0504 in the Port Orchard area of Washington state.  You'd think he would want to scratch out our number if he got rejected over and over.

      I do that every time.  I ask for everything to be installed and I give them the address for the most dangerous housing project in Nashville.  I'll keep wasting their time.  It's fun!

    Most of the complaints on this number  (7204921650) Have been said to be linked to get home security systems but theyve called me repeatedly every night for a week starting at 8 and ending just after 9. Sometimes will leave a 4 min message of just silence and if I do answer I can vaguely hear a call center background but no one speaks to me. So over it. If you call back its directly picked up by press 1 for do not call list. 😠
