bad internet shopping experience

I am an avid internet shopper. I ordered running shoes from ZBsports.com (AKA Zanzabarbazaar.com) in August. The shoes came but did not fit. I returned them, but the package was "rejected" and ended up back at my door.
I checked their website and it instructed me to call for approval of my return. Shame on me for not checking first, so I called the number a few times with no answer. I finally left a voicemail which was returned that night. I was given my RA number and resent the shoes back to the Philadelphia address. Both times they were sent first class with Delivery Confirmation.
The return was not accepted and the box was returned yet again to me. This is my first bad internet shopping experience.
I caution anyone using this website.

shoes. The shoes I originally wanted to buy from ZB are running out of size I wanted. my experience tells me that one needs to order shoes one season early. If you try to give to your friends as birthday present please don't expect them arrive on time. It is very embarrasing to tell my cousin I have purchased a pair of shoes for her and she is still waiting.
Given many of the posts on this site, I felt compelled to tell my experience of ZBSports.
I recently ordered a pair of Keen sandals from ZBSports and it took me 10 days to receive them (the reason why was clearly spelled out on the website)and lo and behold there was a manufacturing defect on one of the sandals.
I contacted James (one of the owners) via email and had a response within 4 hours and within 18 hours I am well on the path to resolving the issue with the Keens. Not only did I have follow-up with email, I talked with a live person this morning who PROACTIVELY called me!
This seems to be a growing trend amongst small Internet retailers who understand that porr customer service is the kiss of death to a successful business.
The key to making this work is being flexible. If you have your mind set on a specific product and nothing else will do or you need instant gratification, go to your local outdoor store who may have greater buying power and the ablity for you to wear the product out the door.
As for me, this experience will most likely garner them my business for years to come!
While it's easy to complain you have a bad experience telling the world to stay away, it's sometimes more difficult to acknowledge good service received!
I am trying to trace USPS #9101010521297860919179. When I paste on their site, No number is found. I also thought the Keen sandels were in stock when ordered. I'm ewaiting two weeks on an order that I should get in 3-4 days. My order # is 152687. Where are my shoes?

I would definitely order from ZBsports again AND encourage others to give them a try.
If the company says ," let us 24 hours to beat a competitor's price and return to you with the final answer" then I do expect something ( positive or negative) from the company inside provided time frame. James, 48 hours passed away an I have not got any responses from your end regarding my feature purchase from your company. That is not good. I'll see what happened next 48 hours.
