bad internet shopping experience

I am an avid internet shopper. I ordered running shoes from ZBsports.com (AKA Zanzabarbazaar.com) in August. The shoes came but did not fit. I returned them, but the package was "rejected" and ended up back at my door.

I checked their website and it instructed me to call for approval of my return. Shame on me for not checking first, so I called the number a few times with no answer. I finally left a voicemail which was returned that night. I was given my RA number and resent the shoes back to the Philadelphia address. Both times they were sent first class with Delivery Confirmation.

The return was not accepted and the box was returned yet again to me. This is my first bad internet shopping experience.

I caution anyone using this website.

    ZBSPORTS company is a CROOKED company. I should know. I own it. Anything on my website is FALSE, it's just put there to lure the FOOLS. People who are fools need to be SCAMMED, call it a "wake-up call".  Call me a CROOK doing society a favor. LOVE YOU FOOLS, the more the better for me sitting on my fat A-- pulling in all the dough. THANKS!

    I'd just like to say I love doing business with ZB Sports! have bought many things there! I do recommend going to a store to try on the product / or similar before buying; especially shoes as there are many variations within brands. This saves a lot of grief. Prices are great and I have had very fast service!

    I recently took advantage of the lower prices of ZB Sports when ordering a pair of Chaco's. Instead of ordering from my choice company "Backcountry" I chose ZB Sports to save about 20 bucks.  However after one week of placing my order it is still pending.... said on the website that these shoes were in stock and able to ship super fast. If I had went with Backcounty my sandals would already be here and I wouldn't have to deal with the hassel what everyone else has gone though.  Hopefully ZB will have improved their Customer Service as i am still waiting a call back or email. Com'on James hire someone who can get the job done efficiently and effectively.  Change your image because if I would have done more research I wouldn't have shopped with you.

    I too have ordered a pair of shoes from ZB Sports. It has taken a week for them to be sent from the factory. I have a cruise in one week, the reason I bought the shoes in the first place, and still have not recieved the shoes i ordered... Thanks ZB Sports!!!!

    Well, maby you are part of the 99.9999% of those people that didn't get ripped off, but those of that did feel very strongly about this. When ZB Sports does mess up yor order though, it's bad.

    Recently I had some issues with the order of some sandals, the return of those sandals because of fit, a request for a RA#, a request for a credit card refund etc.  Long delays, hard to reach customer service, failure to respond to emails, etc.  However, thanks to some of you who've posted previously, I found the name of the owner, James.  One email to him took care of the issue.  My money has been refunded and I have much more positive feelings about Zbsports.

    I have been doing business with ZB for several years and have ordered 6 pair of shoes over that time and I've had NO problems. I will be ordering a pair of Keen shoes tomorrow and expect the same great service I have always gotten from them. Based on my experience, they are a great company to do business with !!!
